The charity is now looking for an experienced Director to lead the strategic and operational management of the Centre and its staff. The position involves developing business plans and procedures required for the effective running of the Centre and the meeting of its objectives.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of running a charity in the healthcare sector, of collaborating with statutory bodies and raising funds for charitable purposes. The charity employs 37 staff and has an operating budget of circa £1m.
Salary will be in the region of £60-65,000 pro rata depending on experience. Part-time and hybrid working negotiable, although please note that the Director will be expected to work from the charity's offices in Hammersmith at least 2-3 days per week.

Summary
- Initially, fulfilling the role of Designated Officer under the Clergy Discipline Measure; subsequently leading the Investigation and Tribunals Team, in particular by overseeing and investigating complaints of serious misconduct against the clergy

We work with both co-parents individually, supporting a recovery framework to overcome the devastating effects of domestic abuse in their relationship. We adopt an attachment-focussed parenting approach that enhances the opportunity for children to feel safe and secure, with parents who are emotionally available and attuned to all their needs.
There must be a current pregnancy to harness change motivations, a desire on behalf of both parents to coparent their unborn baby (although they do not have to be in a relationship) and we can work with the families up until the baby reaches the age of two. The significance of this two-year timescale is evidenced in all recent child development research.

We wish to recruit a Project Worker to cover the County of Essex, based both at home and within our central office in Chelmsford.
