The Senior Bid and Funding Officer is a new role for Involve as we seek to build the infrastructure to support the growth that we have experienced in recent years.  This role will sit within our Finance & Support Services function and will work alongside colleagues at all levels in the Innovation & Practice, Capacity Building & Standards and Advocacy & Communications functions to identify and provide compelling proposals in response to fundraising and tender opportunities. 

As Senior Bid and Funding Officer you will be responsible for identifying fundraising opportunities to bring forwards to the team for evaluation and coordinating the submission of returns ensuring high quality tenders are produced that meet the needs of funders and commissioners.  You will support function leads in monitoring fundraising outcomes and comparing to income generation targets, developing a database of funders and improving tender response processes to reduce the administrative burden of tender responses without compromising on quality.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing the tender return process in other organisations, either in a commercial or charitable sector environment. You will bring strong project management skills, be able to coordinate tender submissions to set deadlines and have an inquisitive mindset to enjoy researching opportunities and thinking creatively how Involve can meet funder requirements while also advancing our mission.

We work across the UK, with offices in Belfast and London. Many of our staff work from home across the UK or in a hybrid pattern, rather than being based at one of our offices, though we meet up regularly as a team. We are flexible but you must be comfortable with regular travel both for project work and for Involve team activities.  Must be able to travel to deliver work across the UK.

The Support Fund Team Leader plays a vital role in the smooth and effective running of our Support Fund Team at the MND Association. This is a key position, responsible for assisting the Support Fund Manager, co-ordinating daily tasks for the team, and helping to deliver a high-quality service to people living with and affected by MND. • Co-ordinate the rota and operational duties of the Support Fund Team
• Provide the team with support and supervision on a day-to-day basis
• Deliver training to new staff and provide mentoring to existing team members
• Act as the first point of contact for complex queries and support cases
• Oversee the processing of support grant applications in line with organisational policies
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date records are maintained and administrative procedures followed
• Support the team to make best use of our CRM system and improve internal processes

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to help maintain, develop and continuously improve our data and systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations and Insight Team, providing technical support to ensure the integrity of our systems, and supporting with development projects. 

The Operations and Data Officer will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. Project Management 

Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s data and systems: : 

•  Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes. 

•  Proactively seek out systems improvements to make our processes more efficient so the Living Wage Foundation continues to provide an excellent service to the Living Wage network. 

•  Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors. 

• Maintain integrity of Salesforce database; identify and source incomplete information within the database; take responsibility for tidying, cleansing and backing up existing data. 

• Support maintenance of integrated systems, including syncing data to Act-On and the website. 

• Work with Operations and Data Manager to keep templates, forms and related communications materials up to date 

• Manage merchandise administration including email inbox, day to day queries, and Shopify administration.

Develop and manage external relationships

About the role:

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. You will do this by taking a lead role on the ongoing data collection, analysis, research design and delivery of our work across the Drive Programme workstreams.  The Senior Data Analyst will also act as a liaison between data teams within Respect and Safelives where there is identified workstreams that cross over. 

The Senior Data Analyst will manage the Drive Data Analysts to ensure high quality data collection, reporting, quality assurance, analysis, and maintenance of Drive programme data, including data collected via the projects Case Management Systems you will use data and information to influence policy and inform practitioners, commissioners, and government about the sector. This is a great opportunity to see our data and research inform and improve the response to domestic abuse. 

About you: 

• Experience of analysing and drawing meaning from large quantitative data sets, including the advanced use of Excel 
• Experience of developing and managing Case Management Systems and the reporting from the system 
• Excellent analysis skills with a strong ability to identify key themes in complex material, test interpretation and ensure that messages are relevant to practice and policy contexts
• Experience of effective line management of people with a diverse range of needs, expertise, backgrounds, and communication styles
• Confident communicating clear practice and policy implications from data and evidence and presenting them in a range of formats to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

We are looking for a Maintenance Team Member interested in being part of a vital team helping to support the day to day running of our properties for vulnerable families accessing our children’s hospice care, who has experience of working within maintenance environment. Ideally the successful candidate will possess some form of maintenance skill/qualification/experience (Painting & Decorating/Carpentry /Plumbing skills etc).

There is an out of hours “On Call” element to this position whereby the successful candidate will be required to go onto the “On Call” rota shared among other members of the maintenance team.

A full UK driving licence is essential as some work will take place at satellite sites.

The National Landscapes Association represents the UK’s 46 National Landscapes – legally protected places where nature and people thrive together. We lead and champion action to protect and restore these special landscapes for the benefit of everyone.

We’re looking for a Data and Evidence Officer to support our work on the Gower Landscape Connections project and across the wider Association. If you’re passionate about using data to tackle the climate and nature crises, and can turn complex information into powerful insight, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, analysing and mapping ecological, climate and socio-economic data to inform practical conservation planning. Working closely with the Gower team, as well as the Association’s Nature-based Solutions programme, you’ll help develop systems that drive landscape-scale action. You’ll also play a central role in maintaining and evolving our GIS tools, supporting bids for major nature recovery funding.

We’re looking for someone with experience handling both statistical and spatial data, who communicates clearly and can collaborate across teams. You should be as comfortable working with detailed evidence as you are thinking strategically about long-term impact. Key Responsibilities 

Design engaging and accessible visuals for digital and print platforms with a focus on impact reports, social graphics, and a supporter magazine. This makes up around 70% of the work with 30% spent on video. 

Interpret and execute creative briefs with originality and strategic thinking. 

Produce high-quality video content that showcases our work and impact. 

Manage digital assets, ensuring proper organisation and consent compliance. 

Keep our Digital Asset Management system updated for seamless access and use.
