The role will design, develop and deliver the multi-channel Lifelites Learning programme by providing training for staff across children’s palliative care in person, online and through e-learning.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop compelling proposals that articulate the impact of the Youth Zone’s work, leveraging live data, case studies, and feedback from youth workers to bring applications to life
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure funding needs are clearly understood and prioritised, maintaining regular communication with delivery leads to shape project bids that reflect current and emerging needs
• Build and manage relationships with funders, developing stewardship plans that include timely reporting, in-person or virtual engagement, and opportunities for funder visits to the Youth Zone
• Act as a passionate advocate for the Youth Zone, representing the charity at networking events, funder meetings, and promotional visits, and supporting the wider fundraising team on campaigns and events when needed.

About You

You will have experience of:

• Writing successful funding applications or proposals, ideally in the voluntary or public sector, securing four- and five-figure gifts from trusts, foundations, or statutory sources
• Managing a fundraising pipeline or prospect list, from initial research through to application and stewardship, using a CRM system such as Salesforce to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborating across teams, particularly with delivery, finance, or impact colleagues, to gather information and develop compelling bids grounded in real-world delivery
• Producing high-quality donor reports, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations through clear narrative, data, and case studies

This is a brand-new locally run youth charity, set to provide thousands of young people with the opportunity to have fun, make new friends, try something new and feel safe. Working across mass participation fundraising products, you will deliver market-leading campaigns, develop creative and engaging supporter content and explore channels of communication with our supporters to achieve further transformational growth.

You will provide copywriting support to the SLF team and manage creative and media agency relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing activity for mass participation campaigns

· Write clear, engaging and fun copy for campaigns including social media adverts, marketing toolkits, emails and web.

Job Summary

As a key role within the Fundraising Division, the Legacy Marketing Manager will work to achieve the essential long-term legacy income that helps Anthony Nolan to save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders.

You will do this by shaping and implementing our legacy marketing plans to achieve our long-term income goals. You will develop an audience-centric and insight-driven legacy marketing programme to attract and steward potential legators. You will also have line management responsibility and oversee our legacy administration work.
 

Key responsibilities

These include but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage our legacy fundraising, setting and achieving agreed targets to help us to grow our long-term legacy income.

• Plan, develop and implement high impact, audience-centric legacy marketing campaigns to attract new legacy pledgers, considerers and enquirers. This includes activity across a range of channels from social media, digital, telemarketing, direct mail and events.

• Develop and implement compelling supporter journeys to effectively steward potential legators.

• Ensure that all legacy marketing campaigns are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Track, report and benchmark results to inform decision making for future activity.
• Overall management of our annual legacy income; management of our legacy administration, including overseeing the external legacy admin support.

• Build and maintain sustainable, constructive relationships with the team, colleagues and key external suppliers.

• Provide internal resources for learning about legacies, to aid awareness.
• Collaborate to ensure integrated planning for legacy marketing with the wider teams: Individual Giving, other fundraising teams, the register team, marketing and content along with other colleagues to identify sustainable ways to deliver our Fundraising strategic plan.

Essential attributes:

• Experience of creating and managing large scale, multi-channel, audience-centric and insight-led response-driving fundraising or marketing campaigns

• Demonstrable track record of achieving legacy fundraising success through integrated communications to individual supporters, with experience of effective supporter stewardship to drive loyalty

• A track record of developing and meeting targets within budget
• A working understanding of legacies and the legacy administration process and experience of working with solicitors and online will writing partners.

• Experience of producing financial analysis to improve lifetime value, including detailed income and expenditure budgets and reforecasts

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE 

We are looking for a locum practising solicitor with substantial experience of litigation OR a practising barrister with experience of conducting casework (including litigation) within a solicitor-led agency OR a caseworker with significant experience of litigation. This is an interim role until the permanent role is recruited.This role is based within the Migrants Law Project. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The post holder will share responsibility with the MLP staff team, and partner organisations to ensure that:

·There is a clear focus on agreed priority areas of work and that cases are taken in line in with those priorities.

·Relevant stakeholders are engaged in developing the work so that they can participate as effectively as possible.

·The MLP does not duplicate work being delivered elsewhere but is able to collaborate where appropriate.

·The lessons and successes of the MLP are disseminated and are able to be applied as widely as possible.

Casework

Asylum Aid has been awarded a Category 1 independent Peer review from the Legal Aid Agency.

The post holder will, with support from the team also working on this issue:

·Provide high quality advice and representation for clients, NGOs, practitioners and other groups as appropriate.

·Conduct and co-ordinate immigration/asylum/public law casework and litigation on behalf of organisations and individuals.

·Conduct legal research where necessary.

·Record all work undertaken and carry out billing, ensuring all income is accounted for on each case.

·If the postholder holds Supervisor accreditation, and is appointed as a Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the full responsibilities of a Supervisor, including responsibilities for the work of people under their supervision.

The post holder will be expected to carry out their casework with a high degree of professionalism, and to conduct their work in such a way as to meet relevant external standards (e.g. Law Society, Solicitors Regulation Authority, Immigration Advice Authority and Lexcel). They will also be expected to meet performance targets in relation to time recording.

Training and Information Work

The post holder will share responsibility with the other members of the legal team to:

·Develop and disseminate relevant information on legal developments in this area for relevant stakeholders, supported by the team.

·Attend and contribute to relevant meetings.

·Prepare and deliver training.

Administration

The post holder will:

·Contribute to the fulfilment of any reporting requirements to funders, the LAA, Asylum Aid management team and others.

·Undertake general administration.

·Represent the MLP externally as necessary.

·Undertake other tasks appropriate to the role as necessary.

·Attend Asylum Aid staff, and any relevant meetings of the Helen Bamber Foundation Group when necessary.

·Occasionally travel outside the UK at short notice and be willing to work outside office hours where necessary. Time off in lieu and overtime are available where appropriate.

·Record their own work and to participate in the evaluation and review of the work of the MLP and the wider team at Asylum Aid.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. You will work alongside three other Data Officers to assess, prioritise and provide solutions including the building of data selections and journeys for direct marketing purposes and the running of supporter data imports and exports.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering data selections, Building automated journeys for fundraising and engagement activity to support increased income generation and supporter retention, ensuring communications are delivered to agreed Service Level Agreements.

About You

Communication skills play a key part in this role, because you will need to be able to talk through or present selections or solutions to stakeholders.

You will have a proven record of:

• Working with large datasets for marketing purposes and provide solutions and or data in response to enquiries from colleagues and other teams.

The Role

Active Together is a multimodal prehabilitation and rehabilitation service that has been developed by world leading academics and practitioners at the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) at Sheffield Hallam University and funded by Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Reporting to the Services Manager, The Service Administrator will support the operational and patient-facing functions of the Active Together service. This role involves managing NHS referrals, patient bookings, service appointments, and team administration, ensuring seamless coordination of facilities and resources.

The role involves close collaboration with the Yorkshire Cancer Research Active Together Service team and the Hull University Teaching Hospitals (HUTH) clinical staff delivering the Hull service. You will support the Service Manager in delivering the day-to-day operational management of the service premises. Additionally, you will support the administration involved in onboarding new Yorkshire Cancer Research staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the service. 
 

Specifically, you will:

Patient Flow & Service Coordination

• Process patient referrals and book initial assessments, supporting patient onboarding into the Active Together service.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, including cancellations, waiting lists, and transport arrangements.
• Assist patients with completing necessary questionnaires.
• Maintain accurate service records including any Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system data and oversee efficient discharge processes.
• Support Service Manager in the management of monitoring and quality assurance data and processes.
• Communicate with service users and stakeholders to provide information about Active Together.
• Support service users in navigating the program and signpost them to relevant health and wellbeing resources.

Administrative & Operational Support
