Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a Substance Misuse Counsellor is preferred.
- Prior experience in substance treatment or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and recovery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental approach towards individuals grappling with substance disorders.

Open 365 days a year and operations from 9AM to 11PM, the Access Line provides support for those struggling with their mental health or experiencing a crisis. Helping to navigate individuals to the correct services, the service ensures effective emotional support. As Service Manager, you will manage a small team, ensuring staff are support and developed through job coaching, supervision and identifying development needs.
Ensuring the team provide the right support at the right time by navigating the person to the correct service and completing onward referrals, this role is an incredible opportunity to inform the future direction and development of the Access Line.
Working closely with the team, you will provide both support and supervision to your team via team meetings, group and individual sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all team activities to ensure adherence to standards and objectives.
