Role Summary:
Futures For All is entering a bold new chapter - with a new name, brand identity, and five-year growth strategy to transform access to work experience nationwide. We're seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Marketing and Sales to lead the development of our employer pipeline, elevate our brand presence, and drive corporate engagement across the country.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role combining B2B marketing, brand strategy, and sales enablement, to increase adoption of our digital platform, expand our marketplace offer, and support long-term relationship development with employers, public sector stakeholders, and strategic partners.
You will own the strategy for how we build and sustain our employer pipeline through marketing, content, networks, and direct engagement - and ensure we are telling the right story to the right people, at the right time.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Employer Pipeline and Business Development Enablement
· Plan and lead the strategy for growing our employer pipeline, activating existing networks and cultivating new corporate relationships.
· Develop structured approaches to stakeholder segmentation, targeting, and relationship development with senior corporate leaders.
· Generate high-quality B2B leads and support the Business Development and Fundraising teams with insight, campaigns, and sales materials.
· Support engagement with Combined Authorities, Career Hubs, and strategic public sector partners to expand reach and drive platform uptake.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Visibility
· Develop and deliver a B2B marketing strategy that builds visibility and credibility with large employers and strategic partners.
· Drive adoption of our digital platform and marketplace by integrating product messaging into all campaigns and outreach.
· Position Futures for All as a leading voice in the ESG, DEI, and early talent space through thought leadership and storytelling.
Campaigns, Content and Creative Leadership
· Lead the creation of powerful sales and programme assets - brochures, decks, case studies - to support partnership building, business development, and fundraising.
· Oversee rollout of our new brand identity (Sept 2025) and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
· Manage the Head of Design and Digital Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality, well-targeted campaigns and creative outputs.
· Collaborate with PR agencies as needed to raise awareness of our charity and its programmes.
Data, Insights and Impact
· Use analytics to track lead generation, campaign engagement, and marketing performance.
· Report on BD and marketing KPIs to the leadership team, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Ensure data-driven decisions guide ongoing activity across digital, stakeholder engagement, and campaign optimisation.

Essential skills
· Demonstrable ability to lead brand and content strategy, execute multichannel campaigns, and manage creative teams.

The Finance Officer will work within the Finance Department to provide essential day today financial processing, support and advice. The post-holder will be a key member of the team in keeping accurate and up to date records of the organisations financial activities on both the accounting system & associated files.
You’ll be based at the Wildlife Trust’s Head Office at Centre of the Earth, 42 Norman Street, Birmingham, B18 7EP, with some work at our EcoPark site in Small Heath and occasional travel across the region and nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of the finance function including adding new suppliers and customers to the system
- To be responsible for keeping up to date and accurate records of financial transactions on Excel and the accounting system
- To raise and issue sales invoices, follow up outstanding invoices and resolve any issues.
- To liaise with suppliers and creditors to maintain relationships as part of cash flow management.
- To check and reconcile purchase invoices ready for payment, to investigate and resolve any issues.
- To be responsible for the petty cash system in line with the organisations Financial Procedures.
- To manage the purchase order process ensuring compliance in line with policy.
- To complete regular bank, Petty cash and credit card reconciliations.
- To oversee the credit card processing, ensuring security at all times.
- To ensure all contracts/agreements are central filed and updated on the database.
- To report to statutory bodies such as Entrust
- To support the Director of Finance with the production of finance reports to senior managers on a monthly basis relating to income & expenditure
- To support with the processing of direct debits for membership donations
- To support with ad hoc tasks as the trust requires
- To support the preparation for the annual audit, e.g. stock take reconciliation, fixed asset records, Charity Commission and Companies House checks.
- To run the payroll reports and send to the Director of Finance for review and approval
- Undertake other duties as requested by line manager that contribute to Trust strategies.

What the job involves
We're on the lookout for a motivated Direct Marketing professional to bring their skills to our Individual Giving Team, with a focus on retention campaigns.
Direct Marketing plays an important role in the Charity’s fundraising and overall corporate strategy. We’re looking for a confident and proactive fundraiser to take responsibility for the delivery and ongoing development of our current retention programme.
You’ll deliver timely, targeted, relevant communications to our warm audiences; newly recruited and existing cash supporters and regular givers with the aim of strengthening loyalty and increasing their lifetime value.
With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage existing direct marketing campaigns in the form of direct mail appeals, emails, telemarketing and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently analyse KPIs and make evidence-based decisions to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.
What we want from you
Aside from excellent knowledge and experience of working in a direct marketing environment, which includes developing and implementing retention focused direct marketing campaigns, you’ll also have a range of channel experience and marketing knowledge.
You’ll possess first class communication skills, a strong team ethic and you’ll be at ease working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance. Knowledge of direct marking and fundraising law would be advantageous.

About you
You should have experience of leading physical activity or other behaviour change projects within schools, workplaces or communities. You should also have experience of working on projects within an established project management framework and within a Welsh Language environment.
You will have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage own workload. You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships and a flexible and enthusiastic approach. With the ability to engage and support lesser heard voices in the community.

We are looking for a Garden Coordinator to nurture our award-winning urban rooftop garden. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a green thumb, a heart for education, and a knack for community engagement.

As a central part of the HR team, the HR Administrator helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
1. HR Team and Service Support
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries (phone, email, in person) escalating where necessary.
- Monitor shared and team inboxes, providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships across the hospice.
- Support the HR Business Partners in all areas of HR delivery including policy updates and audit process.
- Coordinate, arrange and take minutes at key meetings.
- Manage stationery and stock supplies for the HR team.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Draft and publish job adverts and vacancy packs to internal and external platforms.
- Assist hiring managers with shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Carry out all pre-employment checks, including references, DBS, right-to-work, and Occupational health.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Add new starters to the HR System and order fobs and name badges.
- Organise and deliver new starter HR inductions.
3. HR Systems and Administration
- Maintain accurate personnel records in line with GDPR and hospice procedures.
- Manage key compliance tasks including DBS renewals, right-to-work checks, and professional registration monitoring.
- Report on HR metrics.
- Maintain the HR Portal and rota management system.
- Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, absences, contractual changes and other miscellaneous updates.
- Produce and issue routine HR communication (maternity, leaver, probation letters).
- Manage employee benefits and general employee administration queries.
- Track and support performance review and probation processes.
- Support managers with absence management administration, escalating complex matters to the HR Business Partners.

- Ensure compliance with the Fundraising Regulator, Charity Commission, Gambling Commission, Data Protection, and other relevant legislation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems and records.
- Represent Fundraising and Marketing at internal and external meetings, deputising for the Head or Director as required.

METRO, in partnership with Turning Point, NAZ and London Friend, deliver a model of sexual health support throughout the three London boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
We are seeking a committed, motivated and suitably qualified individual to deliver counselling for people dealing with issues related to their sexual health, including people living with HIV within the Support and Advice on Sexual Health (SASH) programme.
The post holder will deliver high-quality person-centred service within a busy inner London environment. The clients are from diverse communities affected by sexual health and mental health issues. The role will support staff to work with people from diverse communities such as LGBTQ+ and the Global Majorities.
Turning Point is the lead partner for the contract, and a matrix staffing model is in place. The post-holder will work within the partnership and be line-managed by METRO SASH Counselling Services Manager, and work alongside staff from other agencies. The role will also be clinically supervised via an independent supervisor arranged through METRO.
