JOB SUMMARY: Ensure that assigned countries received effective day-to-day HQ support. Advocating for the needs of the assigned Countries needs within the organization and ensure that programme Officers effectively coordinate communications between all departments, including compliance, programming, logistics, legal, security, human resource and communication. - Assist in the selection and assignment of best qualified regional personnel; plan for transition and succession; handle employee relations matters in association with Human Resources standards and in accordance with International Medical Corps Human Resources policies, guidelines and procedures;

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically, a Bachelor's degree in related field + Project management certification + Significant relevant experience..
- Significant relevant experience managing, building, leading and developing a team of staff and field- based work experience in the sector.
- Experience implementing as a Senior Program Officer or in managerial role
- Experience in leading development of large-scale or strategic proposals, including the development of project budgets greater than $5 million
- Experience in implementing projects funded by US, UK, EU, Canadian, Australian, UN and other donor governments
- Experience of project and financial management in a multi-partner or multi-agency consortia
- Demonstrated experience of developing and managing relationships with donors
- Knowledge of Project cycle management
- Experience with Logical Framework project planning and design
- Proposal development skills
- Knowledge of major donors rules and regulations
- Experience in representing externally project information

Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you will lead on the annual budgeting and forecasting process, produce regular financial performance reports, and develop financial models to support key strategic decisions. Westway CT is a non-profit social enterprise tackling isolation and creating community in West London through the provision of transport services and dedicated drivers offering a lifeline for community groups, older people, and anyone facing challenges using public transport across Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager who, reporting to the CEO, will play a key role in the running of two interconnected entities; a registered society, and its trading arm, which supports and subsidises their charitable aims. - An accredited qualified accountant (ACCA) (CIMA) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the non-profit sector

The aim of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Domestic Abuse Casework Service is to provide advice, information, and support to survivors of intimate partner or familial violence living in the community about the range, effectiveness, and suitability of options to improve their safety and that of their children. All advice will be based on a thorough understanding and assessment of risk and its management.
About the role
The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:
- Provide support and advocacy services to clients experiencing domestic abuse
- Ensure direct contact is made with the client within a specified time of an incident being reported to the police and to carry out a risk assessment.
- Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
- Maintain and enhance service delivery standards and effectiveness.
- Support the team with case management and volume of referrals to ensure a short waiting time and referrals are contacted promptly and assessed appropriately.
- Collate and obtain feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the wellbeing of clients who are affected by domestic abuse.
- Contribute to a reduction in repeat victimisation
- Reduce the number of victims withdrawals of witness statements
- Be aware of the impact on children of domestic abuse and make referrals to appropriate agencies to support the children where necessary.
- Increase the reporting of children at risk of harm
- Increase successful court outcomes by proactively supporting clients and work with the witness services for cases going to court
- Work with the wider team within Hertfordshire Mind Network and support clients in accessing additional support e.g. counselling, peer support, employment support and self-development courses
- Work with other professionals e.g. police, health, social care, housing, and signpost and liaise with such agencies as necessary
- Work with and signpost to other third sector partner agencies as necessary
- Provide a first point of contact for professionals and clients and pass on necessary cases or referrals to the Domestic Abuse Caseworker.
- Refer to the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) if required and local IDVA service.

Before joining ClientEarth, Camilla was Director of Development at Walkabout Foundation, where she built and implemented their 5 year fundraising strategy. Camilla started her career in Events Management, having learnt first at The Institute of Masters of Wine, and then solidifying her experience in fundraising at Brooke and then charity: water UK. Camilla went to school at the French Lycee Charles de Gaulle in London and completed her degree in History of Art at Oxford Brookes University.
Main Duties
- Lead on the project management, design, content creation and publishing of communications for the Philanthropy team (including impact report and newsletters) and work with translators to ensure communications are produced in other key ClientEarth languages
- Lead on the development of bespoke reporting for six and seven figure restricted and unrestricted gifts to produce high-quality, compelling reports tailored in style and content to suit a range of audiences in different geographies
- Work closely with the Philanthropy team to ensure gold standard stewardship for ClientEarth’s philanthropy donors: driving creative, unique and inspiring ideas for tailored stewardship touchpoints throughout the year;

With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage direct marketing campaigns in the form of seasonal appeals, email updates, and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently review KPIs and make evidence-based choices to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.

We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive who has excellent knowledge and experience of working in a fundraising environment is vital, you’ll also be able to demonstrate your knowledge and/or experience of stewarding donors by understanding the importance of meeting their needs.
You’ll possess first class communication skills; a strong team ethic and you will be at ease working with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage expenditure budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance. Knowledge of direct marketing and fundraising law would be advantageous as well as philanthropy experience.
