Working closely with the Head of Innovation and Assessment and our grant and venture teams, you will help ensure that Ufi is informed about and is applying new technologies to deliver Ufi’s grant funding and partnership activities.
With colleagues and external partners, you will help co-ordinate grant calls, administer the VocTech Ignite programme and become a source of internal expertise on the potential of new technologies. You will be working with colleagues across Ufi to support the early stages of the grant and support pipeline, including assessment and the VocTech Ignite programme. This will require engagement with the Ufi pool of expert support and the Ufi assessors, ensuring that the right match of skills can support each grant cohort. In addition, you will be bringing your enthusiasm for technology, particularly the technology that supports learning and skills, to the wider team and helping to strengthen the in-team expertise.
This is a responsible, fast-paced role. Creativity and enthusiasm supported by practical delivery skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. We are looking to hire a Digital Manager to join our small but highly effective team. As the Digital Manager, you will play a vital role in driving and managing the delivery of our digital transformation strategy, working with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance our digital tools like our Volunteer Matching Platform, and achieving better engagement with the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development of our digital strategy to enhance user engagement, improve platform performance and support our overall goals

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Programmes, Volunteering, Partnerships) to understand their digital needs and translate them into actionable digital strategies. Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), including customising workflows, reports and integrations

Hands-on experience managing websites (ideally WordPress), including familiarity with plugins, SEO best practices and web analytics

Demonstrable experience of working with external agencies to manage website and CRM development

This role is focused on supporting regular giving and lottery campaigns which are an essential part of our fundraising strategy, bringing in £15 million each year. It is a varied, collaborative role in a growing, essential area of fundraising.
