The post holder will create and develop giving circles too and will work to an agreed plan for each approach and actively solicit gifts personally where appropriate.

Hybrid working, remotely and from their London office one or two days per week.
Reporting into the Director of Finance and Operations, the Senior Finance Manager will join a small and dynamic team, focussing on general finance processes, internal controls and systems. This is an exciting time to join the team as they are looking to further improve process efficiencies and assess the use of technology and automation within the team after the implementation of a new finance system in 2025. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of charity accounting (particularly funds), excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. The successful candidate will be an experienced finance generalist with strong experience of a wide variety of finance processes.
