We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our team in this integral and newly created role. Skills and experience:

• Experience of identifying and securing at least five-figure income from prospective corporate partners, supported by detailed partnership plans.
• Experience of developing and managing at least five-figure partnerships with pharmaceutical and healthcare related companies is desirable.
• Experience of creating and organising supporter engagement events is desirable.
• Excellent and persuasive communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and deliver upon corporate partnership objectives.
• Experience of preparing compelling and persuasive funding proposals, presentations and reports.

Person Specification:

Essential:

• OISC Level 2 accreditation is essential

• Previous experience working as an Immigration Advisor or similar role within the immigration sector

• In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

• Strong time management with the ability to work to strict deadlines

• Knowledge and understanding of the voluntary sector

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively

• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite

Desirable:

• Fluency in additional languages 

• Experience of Salesforce CRM 

• Full driving licence

ABOUT THE ROLE

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance has an exciting opportunity for an Aviation Director to join the Executive Team and to be responsible for all aspects of aviation and other, non-clinical, operational activities.  Also, as part of EHAAT’s strategic plan to gain its own Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in late 2025, the Aviation Director will form and lead the new AOC team supported by our experienced AOC transition Programme Manager.  As the AOC Accountable Manager, they will be responsible for all aspects of the safe, compliant and effective operation of our 2 AW169 helicopters in their life-saving role.

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity. This free life-saving service is provided 24/7 by helicopters and rapid response vehicles.

Each critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic.

They can be rushed to the scene with life-saving support equipment to deliver advanced clinical care, usually only in the hospital emergency department.

Once stabilised, the patient will be conveyed to the most appropriate hospital by air or land.

Without access to National Lottery funding and with only limited support from Government, we rely upon the generosity and goodwill of the people and businesses of Essex and Hertfordshire to remain operational and keep saving lives…we can’t fly without you!

About the role
This is a fantastic role for an Individual Giving specialist looking for their next career move; as we look to expand our Individual Giving programme. 

The post holder will deliver quality fundraising campaign, raising income from a range of sources; including Direct Mail, Cash Appeals, Regular Giving and Lottery that will grow income, supporter base and lifetime value. Putting supporters at the heart of the Charity’s work, the role includes stewardship and retention of individuals to achieve a sustainable increase in income for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

As part of a busy and ambitious team, this role would suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a talent for storytelling and an interest in direct marketing. Working with the Digital Fundraising Manager and Marketing & PR Manager, this role will be instrumental to the success of Individual Giving during an exciting period of growth for the Charity.
