About The Role:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will share collective responsibility for managing Wandsworth Carers’ Centre (WCC) services and delivering its strategic goals.
You will be directly responsible for the management of frontline support staff (currently 3 in number) and for the volunteers aligned to those staff members/services. You will provide advocacy, referral and ongoing practical and emotional support to Carers through individual and group work as required, facilitating the monthly Male Carers peer support group and overseeing the volunteer led Male Carers Social group.
You will work collaboratively with other local agencies delivering training and undertaking outreach and in developing and maintaining partnerships and referral pathways that support Carers’ health and wellbeing.
You will share responsibility for improving, developing and growing the services to ensure that they continue to effectively meet changing needs. This will include generating new ideas for services and projects and writing fundraising applications.

About the role:
This role is based in London with Hybrid working.
As a Senior IDVA you will be:
- The main purpose of the job is to effectively manage and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active domestic abuse service for victims and their children, including those at highest risk. Also you will need to ensure that the service prioritises the safety, security and dignity of service users and their children.
- The job would also include you being lead in crisis situations and to provide advice and guidance on safeguarding issues and information sharing concern
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
- Develop your team and address their individual development/performance needs, set individual and team objectives and undertake annual appraisals.
You will need:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse, including the impact on victims and their children, and the legal and practical remedies available to these clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practice and legislation relating to equal opportunities and diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding and risk assessments.
- Experience managing the delivery of domestic abuse services and managerial experience will also be necessary as well as having a thorough understanding of IDVA work.
- A proven ability to confidently use various IT systems including Case Management, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Outlook and other online applications/platforms.
- You would also need to hold a SafeLives IDVA training certificate, a relevant degree, a vocational qualification or have equivalent experience.
- An enhanced criminal record check and police vetting is required for this role.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and it’s harming too many lives. At Prostate Cancer UK, one of our top priorities is funding research that leads to real change. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Research Impact Officer to help us understand, communicate and accelerate the impact of the research we fund.
This role sits in the Research Impact and Engagement Team. You’ll be working at the heart of how we track the progress of completed research projects, share success stories and support researchers in turning their findings into ways to improve the lives of men affected by prostate cancer. You’ll take responsibility for half of our portfolio of completed research projects. This means building strong relationships with funded researchers, understanding how their work is progressing, and supporting them to achieve meaningful impact for men affected by prostate cancer. Using your scientific knowledge and communication skills you’ll translate research outputs into clear, engaging stories to demonstrate the value of our work. Using your understanding of the steps needed to take research from bench to bedside you’ll help monitor the success of our completed research portfolio.
What we want from you
This role is a vital part of how we deliver on our mission, to stop prostate cancer harming men and their families. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about research making an impact and hold a bio-medical science degree (or a degree in a related subject), with research experience. You can understand complex scientific information presented in reports, publications or presentations and explain these complex concepts in a simple and engaging way to a range of audiences including peers within the charity, as well as men affected by the disease. You’ll be motivated to consistently perform to the highest standards, with an eagerness to trial new ideas, identify new opportunities and solve problems.
In any one day you could be helping develop an impact case study for the website, interviewing researchers for project updates, supporting delivery of a research event, or using social media to disseminate the work of our funded researchers. Your primary focus will be on the impact of our funded research, working closely with colleagues in the Research Impact and Engagement Team, as well as working closely with our research funding team, and with other teams across the charity.

About Bright Futures UK
Bright Futures UK supports children and young people aged 5 to 24 whose education has been disrupted due to serious long-term physical or mental health conditions. We offer online one-to-one tutoring, befriending, and mentoring programmes, as well as group programmes including hospital workshops, industry events, and advocacy actions initiatives. Working in close partnership with hospitals, families, and other services, we ensure that children and young people experiencing health-related challenges are not left behind.
Role Overview
This is a key role in the delivery of our online personalised programme. The Senior Coordinator will oversee the children and young people referral pathway, acting as the first point of contact for new referrals and guiding children, young people, and their families, educators, or hospital contacts through every stage of the onboarding process.
You will be responsible for gathering detailed and sensitive information about each young person’s health, education, and wellbeing, to ensure the support they receive is tailored, appropriate, and trauma-informed. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records is a central part of this role. You will also line manage the Personalised Programme Coordinators, work closely with the wider Programme and Volunteer Teams, and play a key role in external outreach and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Referral and Programme Oversight
- Act as the lead contact for all incoming referrals, including those from hospitals, statutory services, community organisations, and families
- Hold safe, compassionate, and confidential conversations with CYPs to understand their needs and gather relevant information around education, physical health, and mental wellbeing
- Ensure all referral documentation, risk assessments, consent forms, and safeguarding procedures are completed to a high standard and in line with organisational policy
- Maintain strong working relationships with referral partners, providing updates and sharing appropriate feedback
- Oversee the matching of referred CYP to suitable volunteers in collaboration with the Volunteer Senior Coordinator

Your role
To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.
Your responsibilities
- Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
- Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.

Role Overview
The Film & TV Charity’s Looking Glass research on the mental health of the UK film, TV and cinema workforce has consistently shown that mental health and rates of loneliness at work are significantly worse in this sector than among the population as a whole. Further Charity research has also shown that the two are closely linked, strongly suggesting that tackling loneliness is vital part of the industry-wide fight to protect the mental health of the workforce.
As the Community Development Manager, you will use our research insights to help develop the Charity’s community strategy, managing a programme of work that seeks to embed social connection as a core mental health priority in the Charity’s work and among the wider industry. You will also deliver specific projects stemming from the community strategy. Foremost among these is the Charity’s Community Partnerships programme. This involves working with a cohort of peer and community-led industry support groups to meet the needs of their communities, primarily through regular events-based engagement at our Soho offices. But it may also involve contributing to the co-working space offer at our offices in Soho, and to the Charity’s research on themes related to loneliness and social connection.
You will need to have experience of strategy development and partnerships or community management, and the excellent relationship management skills on which this depends. Main Areas of Responsibility
Community Strategy
·Continue to onboard and engage Charity staff with latest loneliness research findings
·Work with senior leadership to develop the Charity’s existing community strategy in response to the latest loneliness research findings and get buy-in from internal stakeholders

Community Partnerships
-Continue managing (and growing) the Charity’s network of peer support and community groups, with a focus on communities experiencing high levels of loneliness
-Plan and deliver partner engagement events, with the aim of combatting loneliness and fostering belonging for the most vulnerable industry workers
-Day to day management of the Community Partners will involve working with the Charity’s Wellbeing Services Coordinator to manage partner event bookings, enquiries, building partner relationships, supporting partners with event management, attending partner events and gathering wellbeing insights from these communities to grow the Charity’s industry knowledge and support offer
-Support the partners to deliver effective and sustainable community building and peer support by organising appropriate workshops and webinars
-As needed, co-produce events with partners that aim to deliver on our partnership goals of fostering community and creating meaningful social connection

Research
-Support research projects (conducted either internally or by external partners) that continue to develop our understanding and evidence base on loneliness and social connection

The AI Opportunity Fund, led by the Centre for Public Impact with support from Google . org, is currently a €16 million initiative aimed at empowering underserved workers across Europe with essential AI skills. The programme has selected 73 organisations from hundreds of applications to provide tailored AI training to at least 20,000 workers across 24 European countries. These organisations focus on diverse communities, including rural job seekers, underemployed women, and public sector workers, aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote economic resilience. The initiative underscores AI's potential to drive social mobility and equitable growth across the continent. We are also hoping to scale our work in this area in the future.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grants Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the operational leadership of the programme, ensuring that it is planned and executed effectively on time, on budget and within scope. A key focus of the role is ensuring that the grant-giving component of the programme is designed and stewarded diligently.
This is a middle management role that is primarily operational with some elements of strategic leadership. It requires strong project management skills, good grant-making practice and the ability to manage relationships with diverse partners. - Lead on the design, development and operational delivery of the Path Protection programme across GB.

Our client works across low- and middle-income countries to deliver impactful environmental and economic empowerment programmes that promote circular economy solutions, support green entrepreneurship, and improve public health.
The role is offered on a permanent, fully remote basis and is open to candidates based in the UK or EU only, with up to 25% national and international travel required.
As Director of Programmes, you will play a vital strategic role in shaping the future direction and reach of the organisation’s mission. This is a senior leadership role, effectively the number two in the organisation, with significant responsibility for supporting strategic growth and organisational evolution. Reporting to the Chief Executive and joining the Senior Management Team, you will oversee a diverse and growing portfolio of programmes, ensuring their design, funding, and delivery meet the highest standards of impact and quality. With oversight of activity in The Gambia, India, South Africa, and Uganda, your leadership will directly support the organisation’s vision of a world where waste causes no harm and people are empowered to recover its value. We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial International Development professional with significant experience leading complex programmes in low- and middle-income countries, ideally with a focus on environmental sustainability, waste management, or circular economy approaches. You will bring a strong track record of managing geographically dispersed teams, developing impactful and inclusive programming, and securing funding from a range of donors, including institutional and corporate partners. A confident external representative and relationship-builder, you will be comfortable navigating high-level stakeholder environments, from government and funders to grassroots communities. Operational, strategic, and adaptable, you’ll thrive in a dynamic organisation where hands-on leadership and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or South Asia, along with a genuine passion for climate justice and community-led development, will be key to success in this role.

CSAN is the official agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference, tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice affecting people in England and Wales. We’re facing a steep rise in poverty and significant pressures on social, economic and church resources. At this time, the Church is called to raise a prophetic voice against poverty and the rhetoric of division and work for the building of a more just society.
In 2021, CSAN launched its strategy to extend the social mission of the Church in a post-COVID society. We are developing the infrastructure of the social action network of the Church in England and Wales, including new alliances for diocesan Caritas agencies, advocacy and migration. As our Senior Officer for Migration, you will help to raise awareness of migration issues from the perspective of Catholic Social Teaching and lead on our Ambassadors Programme against Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, as well as prepare briefings and campaign responses to Government legislation.
Over the last 20 years, CSAN has established a network of 50 diocesan and direct service charities, with a combined annual expenditure on social mission estimated at £400m, excluding the work of schools and religious congregations. Our members build up local community life in diverse ways, and many of them support individuals in difficulty, including with housing, prison and detention, social isolation, ill-health, violence, disability, employment, care, therapeutic and welfare support.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Migration Officer are:
1. To provide timely information to the CSAN team and the network on UK Government resettlement programmes and legislation on immigration.
2. To support CSAN’s work to improve public policy and practice on immigration, with compelling evidence from our network, and enabling effective participation in advocacy for a humane system.
3. To work closely with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales on issues of migration and human trafficking.
4. To lead the implementation of the Gubay-
funded CSAN Ambassadors against Human Trafficking programme, preparing and delivering programme materials.
5. To support cross-cutting key workstreams and alliances in CSAN, especially the Domestic Abuse alliance and racial justice, in partnership with the Bishops’ Conference.
The work of the small national team requires a high level of integrity and teamwork, respect for and capacity to navigate complex civil and church contexts at pace, and a stable commitment to personal formation and training. Our Senior Migration Officer will bring a professional track record of relevant research and analysis, production of compelling communications, and diligent administration. A satisfactory basic DBS check and references are required.

The Senior Manager, HIV Services Coordination and Team Lead plays a key leadership role in supporting and enabling METRO’s HIV service managers and project leads to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and impactful services. Reporting to the Head of HIV or Director of Services, the post-holder provides day-to-day oversight of contracts, projects, and workstreams, offering hands-on supervision and management support across the HIV domain.
The post holder will act as a key link between delivery teams and the charity’s strategic leadership, helping staff navigate funder requirements, reporting deadlines, and project milestones. They will support the development of funding proposals, engage externally with commissioners and partners, and ensure METRO’s HIV services are aligned with good practice and funder expectations.
METRO Charity runs various HIV prevention and support services across London and the Southeast. These services include Pan London and local HIV prevention services, HIV support services including advice and advocacy and family support, HIV peer mentoring and counselling services. Many of these services are delivered in partnership with agencies such as the GMI Partnership consisting of Spectra, Positive East, and our partners such as The Love Tank and African Advocacy Foundation. Our services are also embedded in other sexual health partnerships, such as the SASH programme, which consists of our partnerships with Turning Point, London Friend and Naz. We also work with several NHS Trusts as part of our work with the London HIV Fast Track Cities programme and wider programmes.
