About the Role:
The role is office based across the Wakefield and Shipley sites. We are currently operating on a hybrid rota which includes some days working from home. There may be occasional travel required for training and development purposes.
As a Team Leader you will ensure the delivery of excellent services to victims and retain and develop contracts for services by supporting and managing operational staff, ensuring that the overall aim of helping people cope and recover from the effects of crime is achieved.
You will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager/Management team, in order to achieve the implementation of work force plans and the development of the service to maximise positive outcomes for those that access the service.
You will be responsible for:
- case management system audits & reports, providing information to the Operations Manager on required case statistics & compliance
- ensuring that the team are recording case information fully and accurately, as well as complying with contract reporting requirements and VS national standards
- line management of operational team members including responsibility for recruitment, performance management and monitoring, continued support and guidance and implementing formal employment procedures
- promoting effective communication channels including co-ordinate and facilitate regular team meetings, collating local issues, feedback and learning to share with other colleagues and the Operations Manager
You will need:
- Experience of delivering a service in a statutory, voluntary, community or private social care setting
- To report on and audit the case management system, demonstrating complete and accurate data and information recorded.
- To provide an effective and excellent service to referred victims in keeping with the contract requirement and service delivery agreements

The role
The Supporter Care team is the first point of contact for all supporter and donor queries, so you will be at the frontline, engaging with a variety of people contacting Scope. You will be based at Hope House. We have two sites: Hope House and Doddsfield Rd. Hope House/ Place is a 10 bed supported housing service, providing support for 16 customers overall. The support hours for Hope House are 24 hours, 7 days a week, with one waking night.
Doddsfield Rd has 6 independent living flats with floating support.

What you'll do:
- Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager.
- Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions.
- Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available.
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation.

Support Worker
We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our Hope House service in Slough.

We provide support for 16 customers, we have two sites Hope House (10 bed supported housing) Doddsfield Rd (6 flats independent living with floating support).
Hope House - Support hours 24 hours 7 days per week, with sleep- in based on a shift rota pattern - (sleep-ins staff are paid additional to salary advertised).
Doddsfield Rd - Floating support (during working hours)
Team - 1X Contract Manager, 1X Team Leader, 3.2 Support Workers.
Current Vacancy - 1x FTE/1 x FTC Support Worker role who will be allocated to work with customers at both sites.
Staff work closely with Slough Community Mental Health Team (SCMHT) we also have a designated Occupational Therapist working along side supporting staff. Customers also attend Hope College which is facilitated via Slough Mental Health Team as part of their recovery process needed in preparation into independent living.
This is a great opportunity for any support worker to gain exceptional experience within the mental health field, based on the solid working relationship with (SCMHT) We have since implemented training directly from SCMHT to support staff with understanding Mental Health diagnosis and Managing Crisis with our customers in-house.

What you'll do:
- Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager
- Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
- Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
- Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community

- Undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards

About the role
This tole is based in Cumbria. Turning the Spotlight is a busy service supporting families experiencing domestic abuse including perpetrators. You will manage case workers and facilitators in our dedicated healthy relationships programme.
As a Team Leader you will:
- provide leadership, advice and guidance to your team

Reports to: Regional Manager
Responsible for:Team Leader, Learning Disability Nurse, Support Workers
Job Purpose
To oversee the day-to-day delivery of CQC registered high quality dignified residential care and support services promoting respect, equality and the independence of the people supported.
Principal Accountabilities
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day delivery of the adult residential care home service
- Manage staffing levels to ensure sufficient numbers of suitably qualified staff.
- Effectively manage the staff team providing information, guidance and on-going supervision and performance management reviews.
- Effectively communicate information and instructions to staff and people supported.
