About you
As our Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our partner relationships while ensuring we surpass our income targets. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with team members on corporate partnerships, overseeing bespoke activities and initiatives.
- Offer administrative and fundraising support to various corporate partnerships and the senior leadership team.
- Take ownership of the match giving process, maximizing income opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact point for fundraising during emergencies, ensuring swift action and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage key communications and initiatives.
- Update and manage Save the Children's website Partnership pages.
- Maintain and enhance systems and processes for the Partnerships Team.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, PR, or media environments.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to write briefs, copy, and reports for various audiences.
- Proven ability to excel within a high-performing team.

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). The Communications Officer is a key supporting role within the Communications team. The post holder will research, write, and publish content across various channels, liaising with teams across the organisation to help identify content. They will report to the Communications Manager and contribute to the work of the wider communications team, helping to deliver marketing campaigns and the communications strategy. The post holder will have a data driven approach and be comfortable reporting on analytics, whether that’s in relation to PR, social media or on specific campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communications are essential to this role as is the ability to work across all teams within the organisation.

Duties and Key relationships Marketing and Communications
This is a new role in the Marketing and Communications department and is responsible for the media relations of the Charity.
PR and Media Relations
• To develop relevant media contacts, as well as contacts in the sector, to maximise the reach and coverage of key communications campaigns as well as wider organisational projects.

You will also help to organise our exciting programme of online talks and activities for our Members (service-users) to help ensure they are well-informed, involved and feel part of a supportive community. Making sure that Members are always involved in generating ideas and production.

This role is about;

You will implement a philanthropic giving strategy that significantly shifts the museums approach towards the generation of substantial philanthropic income and that supports the Museum's vision and mission. The team will ensure day to day delivery of the function, including to trusts and grants, provide excellent customer service, and produce timely data to support and measure the impact of all giving. - Significant experience working at a senior level, building strong relationships with supporters who can give at a six/seven figure level.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- To act as an MHI Designated Safeguarding Officer.
- Contribute to developing and reviewing MHI’s safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- Alongside the DSO, contribute to ensuring that everyone working or volunteering with or for children and young people at MHI, including the board of trustees, understands the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedures and knows what to do if they have concerns about a child’s welfare
- Take a lead role in implementing MHI’s safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures: ensuring all safeguarding and child protection issues concerning children and young people who take part in MHI’s activities are responded to appropriately
- Take the lead on responding to information that may constitute a child protection concern, including a concern that an adult involved with MHI may present a risk to children or young people. This includes:
- assessing and clarifying the information
- calling in and recording all safeguarding issues as they arise.
- supporting and responding to staff who raise internal concerns as well as supporting those who make external safeguarding referrals to police or Adult / Children's Services
