THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished cyber security engineer to join our Digital Enablement team. As we continue into the next phase of our Trust-wide transformation, cyber security will underpin all aspects of our digital acitivity. Reporting into our infrastructure architect, you will be responsible for the ongoing engineering of security solutions as our needs develop. We operate in a Microsoft environment. This will involve managing internal stakeholders and third party suppliers to deliver solutions alongside the rest of the Digital team.
This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

THE ROLE
This exciting business development opportunity is perfect for a salesperson who thrives on building and managing relationships and exceeding targets. In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional sales skills to secure vital partnerships with businesses, playing a pivotal role in tackling the nature and climate crisis.
You'll join a team dedicated to securing impactful corporate partnerships. Together, you'll build and nurture connections with senior decision-makers at top FTSE 100 companies, focusing on developing strategic partnerships exceeding £1 million annually. Your persuasive communication and sales acumen will be key to inspiring and securing corporate investment in the Trust's mission.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an inspiring, self-assured, and enthusiastic team player with a track record of success, or a strong desire to develop your sales skills. You will have experience in business development or a related field (we can provide training to bridge any gaps). With a confidence to represent the Trust at high-profile events and conferences and adept at collaborative work, proposal development, and staying current on ESG trends.
