A leadership role with real purpose within the Executive Team of Papworth Trust, a well supported and long established charity. You will work with a broad range of colleagues across the Trusts Work, Care and Day Opportunities Services.

Responsibilities

Experience
- You must have experience working at Senior level within the provision of Care, Day Opportunities, or Work
- Of course confidence around disability, and understanding the impact disability can have on the individual and the people around them is a prerequisite
- You will carry a passion for equality and social change with you in everything that you do
- Solid leadership skills, budget management, and enabling innovation through your teams will all be needed in this exciting and challenging role
The Head Office of Papworth Trust is located in Huntingdon with offices across the East of England, with a high concentration in Suffolk, you will need to be based in East Anglia and be happy to travel across the region to fulfill your role.

The senior member of staff is responsible for ensuring the decisions of the Board are acted upon and the charity meets the legal and regulatory requirements of a CIO. The key focus will be on development of new income streams as we navigate challegnes across the site. The General Manager will oversee the implementation of the new Buisness Development Plan. Support the team of volunteers in project managment and fundraising to support the ambitions of the Board. HR management and financial control will be an important part of the role.

Property & Facilities Manager
Salary: £37,500pa (pro rata); Full time or part time (3 days)
We are seeking a Property & Facilities Manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the properties of Richmond Team Ministry and their facilities. The properties include three churches, their associated church halls, vicarages, Parish Office and investment properties.
We are looking for someone with property and facilities management experience including managing small building projects and related finance and budgeting. S/he needs to be able to work collaboratively as part of a small team and have the ability to take the initiative and develop the role while supporting the ethos of the Richmond Team Ministry.

We need a new Director of Communications. You’ll be responsible for helping us communicate the Gospel and the great work we do in our communities, and telling the good news stories that encourage and inspire us as we embark on our strategy to deliver the Diocesan vision to “bless the 1.5 million people” in our diocese who currently have no meaningful connection with our worshipping communities. We need someone who can catalyse everyone in the diocese to be better communicators.
The successful candidate will have a wide-ranging experience of communication matters with the ability to promote our work in a positive and strategic manner, and manage media relations proactively and effectively.
The post is based at Church House, Daresbury, with some travel around the Diocese and the option for hybrid working with up to 40% working from home. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Salary: £51,515 - £55,692 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience.

Chief Executive Officer, Remote, 35 hrs Salary £90,097
GFS is a feminist organisation with a mission to empower girls and young women in England and Wales to live their best lives. Girls as young as 6 tell us that they cannot be themselves. This causes problems for them and society. So, we offer an early intervention service for girls living in areas of deprivation to have the greatest impact.
This is an exciting role with an opportunity to lead the charity into the 150th Year of delivery and with a new strategy to address need. It will involve working with the leadership team and all departments but also the board and their support committees, the ambassadors, and presidents as well as the wonderful team of volunteers across England and Wales.
A great deal has been done to prepare the organisation for such an important time and so now there is a real opportunity for this role to lead in being a figurehead for the charity and representing all that is achieved at GFS in national events and discussions, to best represent the girls of today.
Our new strategy is built around pillars of Impact, Brand and Sustainability with an ambition to grow in delivery as well as reputation. GFS is aware that the work done to listen to and amplify girls’ voices is important because they have so much to say about what needs to change and from a very young age. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration of the organisation.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and excellent computer skills, who is an effective communicator with experience of building relationships at all levels. You must also have experience of managing a diverse workload, and have strong planning and organisational skills.
