Alongside the Senior Children’s Pastor and Children’s Pastor (Infants and Babies), you will be responsible for pastoring the children of HT in Years 3–6 and their families, bringing hands-on leadership to the wider team involved in HT Kids, and reaching out to children and families in Cambridge who don’t yet know Jesus. A major part of this role will be managing staff and volunteers to increase their confidence and fruitfulness as they work with children. You will be a leader of leaders, with a heart to invest in and facilitate the ministry of others.

Job Purpose
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Communications and Engagement Officer who can effectively convey the life-changing impact of our work, motivate our community to volunteer, donate and fundraise to support our work, and ensure that the information and educational resources we provide reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
Communications:
· Act as the first point of contact for IPWSO’s public email address and social media channels and ensure timely and appropriate replies.
· Manage IPWSO’s social media channels, creating original and engaging content and posts, and actively engaging with our audiences.
· Manage Google Ad Grant campaigns with an emphasis on growing our supporter base and increasing individual giving.
· Keep up to date with emerging trends in digital communications and social media and recommend potential new channels for fundraising and audience engagement.
· Support the development of videos for IPWSO, in cooperation with IPWSO’s Project Manager and other colleagues. The type of work to be undertaken includes providing support for content development, speaker recruitment, filming and editing, as well as helping source external agencies as needed.
· Maintain and develop the IPWSO website ensuring its security and that it functions both as an effective supporter acquisition tool and a means by which people can easily access information about PWS.
· Produce compelling newsletters and an Annual Report.
· Support the review and update of IPWSO’s Communications Strategy in line with its Strategic Plan.
· Uphold and showcase the IPWSO mission and brand.
· Help oversee the production and design of a range of educational resources for families and professionals.
· Oversee copywriting and proofreading within IPWSO.
· Support IPWSO’s members and liaise with its stakeholders internationally in support of our shared goals.
Engagement:
· Provide support for online events programmes, in cooperation with IPWSO’s Project Manager and the Online Events Committee. The type of support to be provided includes hosting Zoom sessions, supporting speakers, follow up administration including evaluations.
· Support IPWSO’s Famcare Board by facilitating their online meetings and assisting with their online events.
· Work with the Project and Operations Manager to provide membership support, liaising with IPWSO’s member organisations as needed.
· Proactively engage with member associations to promote IPWSO and also to understand their needs and how IPWSO can be of help.
· Work with the Project and Operations Manager on our Educational Outreach programmes. Work will include liaising with event organisers with regards to IPWSO’s booths at different conferences, ensuring follow up as needed (including help with preparation of PowerPoint slides), engagement follow up including data entry to update our database (Donorfy).

About the Role
Every sponsored child’s journey is unique and made possible by one generous person stepping forward to sponsor/support them. And that’s where you come in.
As an Individual Giving Officer at World Vision UK, you’ll support the development, production, delivery and reporting for our acquisition campaigns, which are created to inspire audiences to sponsor a child or donate to World Vision.
Working alongside the Media Channel Manager and agency partners - design and creative teams, media planning and buying agencies and other stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for operationalising all mass market, digital and traditional campaigns. You’ll be target and results driven, analysing what works and what doesn’t, working to optimise campaigns.
What a day could look like -
Morning: Contribute to a creative proposition workshop.
Afternoon: Get into the data – what campaigns are working, which creatives which channels, how many new sponsors is each driving.
In Between: Raising Purchase Orders, Ad copy checking and content gathering.

About the Role
The Child Participation and External Engagement Advisor is responsible for shaping child and youth engagement at World Vision UK, including leading the Youth Advocacy Network and ensuring young people’s views and voices are at the heart of everything WVUK does internally and in external engagement. Child participation comprises 60% of the role, with the remaining 40% playing an important role in maintaining and expanding WVUK’s reputation with peers and the UK government through external engagement in one or more key priority areas.
This position has a direct relationship with the members of the WVUK strategic leadership team (SLT) and the Board of Trustees, with regards to reporting and decisions to deliver WVUK accountability to safe, equitable and quality child and young people’s participation.
About You
This role IS for you if you have…
· A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. children’s rights, development studies, international relations) or equivalent experience
· Knowledge of children and young people’s participation principles and best practice, including safeguarding standards.
· Good working knowledge of or demonstrable interest in UK government and politics
· Knowledge of media and social media communications techniques and channels, including common platforms for young people’s engagement
· The ability to engage decision makers and to influence them to achieve change

Reporting directly to the CEO, the interim Director of Finance will be a key strategic partner, responsible for all aspects of financial management across four OAE entities. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, and tax compliance — as well as nurture a small but high-performing finance team. Your leadership will help ensure that OAE remains financially robust, transparent, and resilient, able to deliver its ambitious artistic and educational vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Drive business partnering across departments and funding partners
- Oversee statutory reporting and audit processes
- Manage cash flow, balance sheet, restricted funds, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with charity tax law, VAT, Gift Aid, and cultural sector reliefs
- Maintain strong internal controls, risk management and fraud resilience
- Support financial governance and Board engagement
- Line manage the Finance Manager and mentor the Accounts Officer
About You:
You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with:
- Significant experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the charity or arts sector
- Strong understanding of Charity SORP and FRS 102
- A proven track record in strategic financial planning and business partnering
- Experience leading teams and engaging with Boards and governance structures
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative approach
