About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within SafeNet for a Domestic Abuse Practitioner.

Using your experience of delivering support or recovery services, you will provide high quality and pro-active front line service to victims of domestic abuse helping to keep them safe. You will be assessing risk, completing safety and support planning, and ensuring the service offer is accessible and inclusive to all.

We are looking for high calibre, passionate, caring individuals who are excellent team players and are committed to providing high quality, trauma informed services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.

Domestic Abuse practitioner (35 hours) this will be on a 4 week set Rota which includes days , evenings and weekend working.

What we are looking for

We welcome applicants from a range of relevant backgrounds; direct refuge experience is not essential, but you do need to bring credibility, confidence and compassion from related fields.

You might come from:

• Substance misuse or addiction recovery services
• Trauma‑informed women’s services
• Mental health or psychologically informed environments (PIE)
• Housing or supported accommodation with complex need.

You will bring:

• A clear understanding of domestic abuse and violence and its impacts
• Experience of key working, creating support plans, delivering support, conducting risk assessments and safety planning in a person-centred and trauma informed approach.
• Proven experience of providing direct emotional, practical and welfare support to women, men and children.
• Ability to build effective relationships, liaising with agencies and being an advocate.
• To have excellent time management and organisational skills working on own initiative and within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic RCR Learning team. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and RCR Learning colleagues to design and develop visually engaging, interactive online learning resources that support doctors throughout their careers.

What you’ll do:

Design & develop digital learning

• Work with SMEs to design, test and evaluate interactive online learning courses.
• Create engaging multimedia assets including graphics, animations, videos and templates.
• Develop storyboards and scripts, offering technical and creative input.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and contribute innovative approaches.
• Ensure all content meets RCR brand, accessibility and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables.

Support & improve our digital learning offer

• Identify improvements to the LMS, analytics and user experience.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience applying educational and instructional design principles to high quality digital learning. 
• Proficiency in key digital learning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise 360, Synthesia, Canva). 
• Strong visual design skills, ideally with experience using Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Experience creating engaging digital and video based visual assets. 
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), copyright, GDPR and other relevant legislation. 
• Ability to collaborate confidently with SMEs and internal stakeholders. 
• Experience designing interactive learning exercises such as branching scenarios (desirable). 
• Experience working with doctors, academics or medical professionals (desirable).

Hackney Empire is looking for a new Theatre Technician.

The Theatre Technician plays a vital operational role within our busy 1,250-seat theatre and additional rehearsal and event spaces. Supporting the technical leadership team, you will deliver exceptional hands-on technical support across stagecraft, lighting, sound and rigging systems to realise the creative ambitions of visiting companies and in-house productions. 

This is a production-focused role that requires combining physical, high-level stagecraft management during the intensive fit-ups, live show operations and rapid get-outs with a proactive approach to health and safety, equipment maintenance and visiting company care. 

At the heart of a changing and creative city, Sheffield Cathedral is both an ancient holy place and a living centre of worship, music, culture and public engagement. We are seeking to become the first Cathedral in England to be a resourcing and planting church in the inclusive catholic tradition, supporting new worshipping communities and churches across the Diocese of Sheffield.

This new role is for a creative, faith-filled musician who is passionate about contemporary Christian music, able to lead worship with skill and warmth, and eager to grow in strength, confidence and scope in their calling. The Music Missioner will help people encounter the Christian faith through singing, sacrament and worship, with a particular focus on developing contemporary praise and worship within a sacramental setting.

About the role

The CsP Music Missioner will help shape contemporary praise and worship within the Community of St Paulinus, especially as we seek to plant a Charismatic Catholic new worshipping community at the Cathedral and with a parish partner.

This is a role for someone who wants to:

· lead contemporary Christian music in a sacramental and Eucharistic setting

· create worship that helps people encounter God, pray deeply and grow in faith

· build confidence in congregational singing

· recruit, train and encourage other musicians

· grow as a musician, worship leader and missioner

· take part in formation, supervision, mentoring and training, including opportunities such as the One Hope Project Academy

We are looking for someone with solid musical skill, sincere Christian faith and a heart for worship. Cathedral or church-planting experience is not essential. We are more interested in calling, potential, creativity and a desire to grow.

This is a 28 hours/week role, usually worked Sunday to Thursday, including Sundays and Tuesdays. It could suit a musician who also teaches, performs, freelances or studies, and who wants a meaningful part-time role at the heart of cathedral worship and mission.
