The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase individual giving donations (regular giving and one-off donations at relatively lower level) and philanthropic support (major gifts from ‘philanthropists’). This role will involve building relationships with donors, managing fundraising campaigns (including targeted mailouts/email-outs, social media campaigns and events), and ensuring effective stewardship of donor contributions (‘looking after’ donors, communicating the difference their donations make, keeping them engaged to inspire further donations/increased support).
The role will also oversee our event fundraising include at the London Marathon.
Key Responsibilities:

Purpose of the Role
Support the delivery of Felix’s partner marketing activity by coordinating campaigns, creating engaging content, managing partner communications, and ensuring smooth collaboration across fundraising, food and produce partnerships, communications, and digital teams.
Reporting into the Partner Marketing Manager, The Partner Marketing Officer will play a key supporting role in bringing partnerships to life through co-branded campaigns, storytelling, and marketing materials that strengthen relationships with corporate partners, increase brand visibility, and demonstrate the impact of Felix’s work.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Partner Marketing Support
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of partner marketing activity across key corporate partnerships, food, produce, fundraising ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and incoming requests to ensure smooth delivery
- Support the development of messaging frameworks and partnership communications tailored to different partner audiences and regional requirements.

- Work collaboratively with the Content and Case Studies team and frontline charities to help shape capture and steer the development of impact stories, testimonials, and partner content that showcase the value of partner support.
- Support the Brand, Communications, and Digital teams in producing partner-facing content and campaign assets.
- Assist with briefing freelancers, designers, agencies, and video production suppliers where required.
- Help coordinate the development of toolkits and co-branded materials for partners.
- Support the adaptation of content and messaging for regional and partner-specific audiences.
Internal Collaboration
- Act as a day-to-day contact for internal teams on partner marketing activity.
- Support collaboration between the Food, Fundraising, Produce and External Affairs team to ensure joined-up delivery.

Partner Relationship Support and Reporting

Who we are looking for

The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in helping River Action influence change by developing high-level relationships, building strategic partnerships and providing strategic leadership across River Action’s engagement programmes to advance our policy, legal and campaigning objectives.

What you’ll be doing
The Engagement Manager will lead River Action’s overall engagement strategy, providing strategic oversight of both stakeholder engagement and community engagement activity across the organisation.
Building and managing relationships with senior leaders across government, regulators, NGOs, businesses, financiers, academia and civil society, the postholder will identify opportunities to increase River Action’s influence, support policy and advocacy objectives, and help position the organisation as a leading voice on river protection and environmental reform.
The role will provide strategic direction and oversight to River Action’s community engagement work, including the River Rescue Kit, Community Toolkit and catchment-based campaigning activities, working closely with the Senior Engagement Coordinator who will lead day-to-day delivery, community support and programme implementation.

The role of Digital Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of The Children’s Trust’s digital communications. - Support the day-to-day running of the charity’s websites, managing updates from across the organisation and ensuring continuous improvement and development of content, layout and structure.

What you’ll be doing:
Your role will be to provide support across all aspects of the team’s work, with a particular focus on major donors, legacies, in memory giving, corporate and community fundraising. Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager and working closely with colleagues, you will help to develop and grow income from legacies, major donors and corporates, as well as coordinating our in-memory giving and ensuring community fundraising supporters have the tools and information required to raise funds for the Trust.
You will be expected to undertake tasks including event organisation, admin and data support, stewardship of existing supporters and prospect research.

The role
We are looking for a sharp, experienced communications professional to lead ASL's voice and drive its communications strategy at a pivotal moment in the organisation's growth. This is a senior, strategy-led role for someone who combines rigorous campaign instincts with genuine digital fluency.
About you

The Role

What you'll be doing
· Producing compelling content for all social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
· Under the guidance of marketing and retail managers, coming up with ideas for campaigns that help drive retail income, donations and footfall.
· Marketing house clearances, furniture collections and new shop launches.
Who we're looking for
· A creative, enthusiastic communicator with a passion for social media and an ability to confidently produce content that connects
· A candidate with experience as a digital marketing executive, digital content creator, marketing assistant or similar.
Essential
· Excellent written communication, organised, with attention to detail
· Experience creating graphics, reels and editing in-app and in Canva and InDesign (or similar)
· Full driving licence, access to car and happy to travel between shops.
· Happy to bring a selection of best social media content to interview.

At London Wildlife Trust, we’re working to restore wild places and reconnect people with nature. This role sits at the centre of that mission - ensuring our members feel valued, supported and inspired to stay with us for the long term.
From processing memberships and managing direct debits, to responding to supporter enquiries and keeping records accurate, you’ll make sure every interaction runs smoothly. But this isn’t just about administration - you’ll also help shape engaging campaigns and supporter journeys that deepen connections and encourage people to stay part of the movement to reverse nature’s decline.
If you’re someone who cares about the detail but also enjoys thinking creatively about how to keep supporters engaged, this is a role where you can make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Help plan and deliver engaging fundraising, membership and legacy campaigns
- Support the full supporter journey - from welcome to reactivation - ensuring every interaction counts
- Keep our supporter database (Access CRM) accurate and up to date
- Manage key admin processes including direct debits, donations and membership records
- Provide excellent supporter care - responding to enquiries and building lasting relationships
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting or delivering fundraising or marketing campaigns (ideally in a charity)
- Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence working with data to inform and improve campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- A proactive, self-motivated team player who’s equally comfortable working independently
- A genuine passion for nature and our mission
