Key responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with organisational goals.

The Fundraising Administrative Assistant forms an integral part of our Fundraising Team. The Fundraising Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in the future growth of our charity and the impact that we can achieve through partnerships for people with sight loss. You will be a key part of a growing fundraising team providing support across the team.

Working hours and contract: This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week). We will consider part-time and flexible working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities
Supporter Development team
• Support the Individual Giving Managers and Legacy Giving Manager with day-to-day communications with our donor base, including timely database administration to capture communication preferences and personal details.
• Support the Database team with data and financial processes, including recording and batching donations, generating reports, contributing to supporter journeys and reconciling income.
• Liaise with design and print suppliers to source quotes and deliver appeals and other campaigns.
• Support the Supporter Development team in-person in the office, with the processing of direct marketing appeal responses, including banking of donations and sending thank you letters.
• Work with the Individual Giving Managers to implement supporter journeys to encourage further support to the organisation.
• Support the Individual Giving Managers in building emails using the charity’s email marketing platform.
Philanthropy team
• Use a CRM database to effectively administer and manage event and community enquiries and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting New Business Development
- Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values

We are looking for a Fundraising Compliance Business Partner to join our Governance team and help embed ethical, proportionate and practical compliance across our fundraising activity.
You will provide practical advice on the Code of Fundraising Practice, Charity Commission expectations, supporter data, PECR, fundraising communications, complaints, vulnerable supporters, third-party fundraising, commercial participation, corporate partnerships, events, prize-led fundraising and other relevant compliance requirements.
You will also help develop the tools, guidance and controls needed to support good decision-making. This may include compliance checklists, campaign review processes, training, monitoring activity, action tracking, risk reporting and lessons learned from complaints, incidents or audit findings.
We are looking for someone with experience of fundraising compliance, risk, audit or assurance, and a strong understanding of how fundraising regulation works in practice. Main Responsibilities
The principal responsibility of an Associate Organiser is their own development: learning the craft of Community Organising under the guidance of an experienced Community Organiser. You will work intensively with a small number of member organisations under close supervision, growing your experience, skill and responsibility incrementally. But you may also work on other campaign priorities and responsibilities as needed across the team.

About the role

The Research and Engagement Policy Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the
development of LAWRS’ policy, advocacy, and campaigning work through research co-
development with a group of migrant survivors of domestic abuse. This research will
highlight the barriers experienced by migrant survivors in accessing healthcare and provide
opportunities for co-production and participation in policy, advocacy and campaigning
spaces for women facing severe disadvantage due to intersectional inequalities.

We are looking for a Programmes and Finance Officer to play a key role in supporting the financial management and oversight of DEC appeals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for humanitarian work to contribute to DEC funded emergency responses.
You will provide financial analysis, ensure compliance with policies, and produce high-quality reporting to support decision-making and accountability to stakeholders. Ideally, you should be detail-oriented, have excellent financial skills and have an appetite to learn & shape individual and team efficiencies. You must be able to communicate confidently across diverse groups and be genuinely interested in the humanitarian sector.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines financial expertise with strong analytical skills and a commitment to humanitarian work. You must be experienced in analysing financial data, budgets and reports and have strong Excel and data analysis/visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau, Power BI desirable). You should have excellent attention to detail and an ability to present complex information clearly.
You should demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Ideally, you should have interest or have experience in the humanitarian or international NGO sector.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop tools to collect and analyse financial and operational data from member charities.
· Support the development of appeal documentation and reporting templates.
· Help produce data analysis and insights for appeal launches.
· Review budgets and financial reports from member charities.
· Aggregate and analyse financial data, identifying trends and variances.
· Ensure compliance with DEC policies and financial standards.
· Act as a key contact for finance and compliance queries.
· Prepare funding agreements and financial reports for stakeholders.
· Support reporting to institutional donors and external bodies.
· Chair and coordinate finance and compliance working groups.
· Support improvements to systems, processes and the DEC Operations Manual.
· Work collaboratively across Programme and Finance teams.
