As an Assessment and Reconnection Worker, you will:
Be part of a busy team environment working closely with those new to, or at risk of rough sleeping.
Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans which fully involves the client.
Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.
Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation such as, welfare benefit and housing legislation.

Job Purpose: To lead the Oasis Community Housing Domestic Abuse Team in Gateshead; providing accessible, community-based, trauma-informed support for women and girls aged 16 and over experiencing domestic abuse. The service operates from a women’s only space, and provides both one to one and group support interventions, including peer support. Duties & Responsibilities:

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Volunteer Coordinator to join our People team and play a key role in growing, supporting and celebrating our incredible volunteer community.
Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. As Volunteer Coordinator, you'll oversee the entire volunteer journey, from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding, development, engagement and recognition. You'll be the central point of contact for volunteers across the organisation, ensuring they have a positive and rewarding experience while helping us continue to expand and strengthen our volunteer programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, community engagement and creating opportunities that make a real difference. Working closely with managers across the organisation and alongside the Head of People, you'll help shape the future of volunteering and ensure our programme reflects best practice, inclusivity and organisational priorities.

Head of Mass Participation Fundraising
We are seeking an experienced fundraising leader to drive national events and mass participation fundraising growth, inspiring supporters and delivering outstanding results.
Salary: Circa £49,800 per annum (plus applicable London weighting)
Location: Home-based, UK-wide
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a national mass participation and events fundraising programme for a leading UK health charity. Reporting to the Head of Regional Fundraising, you will shape and deliver the organisation's strategy for supporter-led events and mass participation fundraising, driving income growth, supporter acquisition, engagement and retention.
Leading a team of fundraising managers and officers, you will build on an established programme while identifying new opportunities, products and channels that increase fundraising performance and strengthen supporter relationships. You will also play a key role within the wider fundraising leadership team, helping to deliver organisational objectives and championing a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Who you are: We need energised and resilient self-starters with experience in supporting traumatic grief and post-traumatic stress. a background in providing high-quality emotional support and advocacy. Experience in the following sectors often provides a robust toolkit of high-level transferable skills: Police or criminal justice roles, family liaison, counselling or trauma support, health and social care, casework in any related field
Specifically seeking candidates with:
- Experience with people affected by trauma, sudden bereavement, or serious injury
- Understanding of trauma-informed practiceand ability to provide support sensitively
- Experience identifying and responding to safeguarding and vulnerability concerns
- Strong advocacy skills ability to act as a powerful voice for service users, expertly navigating external networks, assemble resources and cross-functional support where required.
