About the role:

At Single Homeless Project (SHP), our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS) provides safe accommodation and specialist support for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage, including rough sleeping, mental ill-health, substance use, offending, street activity, antisocial behaviour and exclusion from essential services. As Team Manager, you will play a key role in helping the service remain steady, responsive and ambitious for people who may have been let down by systems before.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you will support the day to day leadership of the service, guiding frontline staff, volunteers and peer mentors to deliver support that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and focused on recovery, safety and move on. You will help maintain clear standards across safeguarding, risk, housing management, support planning, partnership working and service performance, while creating a team culture where staff feel equipped, accountable and able to do challenging work well.

This is a varied and purposeful leadership role, with space to shape practice, strengthen partnerships across the Lewisham pathway and contribute to continuous service improvement. About you:

• You bring experience of leading, supervising or coordinating staff in supported housing, homelessness, health, social care or a similarly complex frontline setting.
• You understand that people’s lives do not fit neatly into boxes, and you are confident supporting teams to work with trauma, mental ill-health, substance use, rough sleeping, offending and complex risk.
• You lead with both heart and backbone — able to support, coach and encourage staff while holding clear standards around safeguarding, housing management, recording and service delivery.
• You can stay calm and purposeful when situations escalate, helping others think clearly, respond safely and keep the person at the centre of the work.
• You know that no service can do this work alone, and you are confident building strong relationships with partners, commissioners, statutory services and community organisations to create better routes forward for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development and delivery of the BHWT’s individual giving and supporter development programme, helping to grow sustainable income and build long-term relationships with supporters.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on fundraising delivery across regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy giving, in memory fundraising and major donor relations. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, the postholder will enhance supporter journeys, improve donor stewardship, increase recruitment and retention, and identify new opportunities to maximise long-term sustainable income.

• Support the development and delivery of the charity's individual giving and supporter development strategy and annual plans.
• Lead and grow regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy, in memory and major donor income streams. 
• Create and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across digital, email, social media, direct mail and other channels. 
• Develop and continually improve supporter journeys to increase acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value. 
• Design and implement donor stewardship programmes to strengthen supporter loyalty and long-term giving. 
• Manage and grow the BHWT Lottery. 
• Develop legacy marketing and in memory fundraising initiatives. 
• Build and steward relationships with major donors, pledged legators and high-value supporters. 
• Use Salesforce and supporter insight to segment audiences, analyse performance and maximise fundraising effectiveness.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience managing individual giving programmes and delivering income growth. 
• Experience of regular giving, legacy fundraising, in memory fundraising and/or major donor fundraising. 
• Experience of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship. 
• Experience delivering successful fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. 
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

The Pathfinder will work with the Pathfinder Partnership to design, develop, advocate and deliver tailored support pathways to RASSO victim/survivors with extra or additional complex mental health needs across Greater Manchester. 

You will act as an essential link for SARA’s employees and sessional counsellors to access support from the Pathfinder Partnership for SARA clients by attending Pathfinder Partnership meetings, training, events and client consultations. 

You will work with SARA clients at our centre in Sale, as well as at partner organisations and in the community, working collaboratively with individuals, carers and partners from local multi-agency providers and services, to assess and identify social care needs that may be potential barriers to being able to access support to address sexual trauma.

The RDA Instructor (Non-Ridden Activities) is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging and inclusive equine-facilitated learning (EFL) and non-ridden sessions at Lowlands Equestrian Centre. The role focuses on supporting individuals with disabilities through meaningful equine-based activities, ensuring a safe, structured, and person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

Session Delivery

· Plan and deliver all Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) and non-ridden activities, ensuring sessions are safe, inclusive, and purposeful.

· Lead sessions that promote confidence, communication, independence, and wellbeing.

This UK Government-funded programme is part of a nationwide effort to reduce economic inactivity and promote inclusive workplaces.

Connect to Work is a personalised Supported Employment programme that pairs eligible individuals with dedicated Employment Advisors.

About the Role

We are seeking four highly motivated, organised and compassionate Employment Advisors, to deliver the countywide Connect To Work programme in our new Employment workstream. In this highly rewarding role, you will be responsible supporting individuals experiencing mental health problems, and those facing complex barriers, to secure and sustain meaningful paid employment.

This position is part of the Connect to Work programme — a voluntary Supported Employment initiative funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, offering tailored advice and guidance to individuals, while also building strong partnerships with local employers to create opportunities aligned with individuals’ skills and aspirations.

As an Employment Advisor you will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to meet individuals regularly to understand an individual’s skills, strengths and goals; developing clear action plans; provide practical support; and co-create personalised action plans.

The programme provides structured, 1:1 and group based person centred support to build confidence, motivation and resilience, to help individuals work towards clear, work related goals.

You may also work with a small number of individuals who are already in work to sustain and thrive in their employment.

We have a newly created opportunity for a Head of Portfolio Assurance and Reporting to join our fantastic Change and Transformation team at RBL.

Together this team, covering Technology, Data Protection and Change & Transformation, takes great pride in supporting across RBL with all things technology, security, digital, data, portfolio and project management, and change. Based in our Change & Transformation team, the new Head of Portfolio Assurance and Reporting will be responsible for leading RBLs portfolio assurance and reporting function, ensuring the change portfolio is clearly defined, prioritised, monitored and governed in a way that supports strategic priorities, strengthens confidence and enables effective decision-making.

The role provides leadership for portfolio reporting, performance insight, assurance, governance support, benefits management and portfolio-level visibility of risks, dependencies, resources and financial position. Working as part of the Change and Transformation leadership team and reporting to our Director: Change and Transformation, the role strengthens confidence that RBL is doing the right change, in the right order, with appropriate control, insight and evidence. It will work closely with delivery, change and business stakeholders while maintaining sufficient independence to provide objective insight, constructive challenge and assurance.

You will be experienced in supporting Portfolio Boards or senior governance functions with decision quality reporting, insight and assurance, with a strong understanding of portfolio management in a complex change environment. Your strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills will be well utilised and you will be able to create clarity, structure and portfolio confidence in ambiguous environments.

You will be expected to travel regularly in the course of your work including regularly to London, Haig House. You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work when not travelling.

About the opportunity 
 
As Finance Systems Analyst, you'll be our in-house expert on the finance systems that keep the Society running. You'll sit in our Finance Systems and Data team, part of the Finance and Assurance directorate, and report to the Systems Accountant. You'll also line manage our Finance Systems Administrator. 
 
Finance and Assurance have a clear vision. We want to be the Society's single point of truth. We are trusted partners and credible experts, and we work as one team. You'll help make that real. You'll embed and improve Unit4 and the systems around it, so colleagues have the tools and insight they need. 

This is a hands-on, technical role with real influence. You'll give second-line support and solve the tricky problems. You'll turn what people need into clear system changes. And you'll be the steward of the change process, so every update is logged, tested and signed off. You'll build and look after the links between Unit4 and other systems. You'll also shape the reports and dashboards that turn raw data into insight.  

About you 
 
You're a finance systems specialist who enjoys solving technical problems and improving how things work. You're comfortable in the detail, you work well across teams, and you're committed to helping others learn. You're always looking for a more efficient way to do things. 

You'll have: 

- Proven experience of Unit4 ERPx or another ERP finance system. Experience of Avalara and Proactis would be a bonus. 
- Experience of building reports with tools such as Unit4 FP&A, Power BI, Tableau or Excel. 
- A track record of building, fixing and caring for system links. 
- Good knowledge of core accounting, ideally in a large organisation, and a part-qualified CCAB award or equivalent experience. 
- Experience of managing change, from small tweaks to system upgrades and patches. 
- Sharp problem-solving skills, with a knack for the right fix. 
- Leading and coaching skills that help others learn, grow and do their best work. 
- The proven ability to work across teams and levels to get things done. 
- Demonstratable experience creating clear records and strong technical documents.

- Line managing the Finance Systems Administrator and standing in for the Systems Accountant when needed. 
- Being our subject expert on Unit4 ERPx, Unit4 FP&A and the wider finance system landscape.

SCIENCE PROGRAMME LEAD - RESEARCH

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong people skills and ecological research background to provide leadership across BTO’s research programme, and to work as a small team of senior science leads to support the Director of Science leading BTO’s Science Department. The post will oversee the line management of a number of existing science heads of team, and work collaboratively with many others to achieve strategic and operational goals. The role requires demonstrable experience in supporting, motivating, and leading experienced teams and excellent people management and influencing skills. It will also require experience in developing strategic vision, setting measures of success, securing funding, and ensuring delivery of multiple and often complex projects. The post holder will need skills in, and a passion for, communicating internally and externally; and a background in leading ecological research. Although primarily a management role, there will be opportunities to oversee project development, management and delivery of ecological research projects, and particularly to use the postholder's technical skills to provide strategic and cross-cutting leadership to relevant areas across the BTO. The postholder will be responsible overall for teams comprising over 40 staff  and directly line manage the Head of Terrestrial Ecology, Head of Wetland and Marine, Head of Dispersed Threats and Head of Statistical teams. Ideally, the postholder will be based out of the BTO HQ in Thetford, but we would, for the right candidate, consider staff working out of the BTO offices in Stirling, Bangor or Lisburn, near Belfast. You will be able to work from home part of the time on a hybrid working regime and flexible start and finish times can also be accommodated to ensure a good work-life balance.

The Winchester Beacon has been supporting individuals experiencing homelessness for almost forty years. The organisation provides a safe and welcoming accommodation for up to 22 individuals, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day across 4 sites. Residents receive personalised support through regular one-to-one meetings with a Support Worker to plan steps towards positive change and independent living.

Role Description

This 0.6 part-time hybrid role of Facilities Manager is based in Winchester with some flexibility for remote work. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety and functionality of the organisation’s main site and off-site residences. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and performing regular site inspections. The role also involves maintaining records, managing budgets related to facilities, and collaborating with staff and stakeholders to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including performing inspections, coordinating repairs and engaging with contractors.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and budget management skills to effectively oversee resources and documentation.
