Responsibilities of our Marketing Campaigns Officer

• The Marketing Campaign Officer, with the support of the Marketing Campaign Manager, is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of effective and ambitious multi-channel, brand and marketing/integrated campaigns to deliver against brand and marketing and organisational goals, shifting key brand metrics such as awareness, consideration and trust.
• This role also has responsibility for ensuring effective and consistent use of the Cats Protection brand.

About the Brand & Marketing department:

• We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate
• Our team is responsible for supporting Cats Protection’s organisational goals through enabling vital income generation activity, delivery of consistent cat welfare messaging and driving brand awareness and engagement with key audiences

What we’re looking for in our Marketing Campaigns Officer:  

• Experience working collaboratively with both internal teams and external agencies and building effective working relationships to support campaign delivery.
• Experience supporting the delivery of complex marketing campaigns involving multiple teams, stakeholders and objectives
• Experience producing clear, engaging marketing campaign copy for a range of internal and external audiences across different channels.
• Experience working with both online and offline advertising to drive brand awareness and key performance metrics.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Philanthropy Officer to join our Philanthropy team based in London or Manchester.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week to be worked in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.

We provide homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. High Value Giving is an area of income growth for Centrepoint, with the Philanthropy team forming part of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Senior Philanthropy Officer role plays a crucial part within the Philanthropy team, as the team look to build upon their recent successes and income trajectory.

Developing donor relationships, producing important cultivation resources and contributing to the creation of a robust donor pipeline will form key responsibilities for this role. About You

The Senior Philanthropy Officer will report into the Philanthropy Manager. This role will steward its own major donor portfolio, managing gifts between £5,000 and £100,000, and project manage an element of the team strategy to help achieve the Philanthropy income target.

The post holder with work closely with other teams, particularly the mid-value team, within fundraising and the organisation more widely, to maximise income for Centrepoint.

The Executive Officer to CEO (Maternity Cover) leads the effective running of the CEO’s office, providing strategic project management, coordination of leadership priorities, and hands-on delivery across strategy development, planning and governance.

This is a pivotal role within War Child, sitting at the heart of the organisation’s leadership and governance. Working closely with the CEO, Leadership Group, Chair and Board of Trustees, the Executive Officer to CEO plays a key role in enabling effective decision-making, organisational oversight and delivery of War Child’s ambitions for children.

Reporting to the CEO and acting as a trusted representative of their office, you will be an energetic, highly organised self-starter with the judgement and confidence to balance strategic coordination with high-quality executive support. Role Outline

The role will work on the Pathfinder project which works across Greater Manchester to prevent young people from becoming homeless. The purpose of this role is to increase access to high-quality private rented sector accommodation in order to improve opportunities for participants to secure suitable and sustainable housing.

You will work across Greater Manchester to build and maintain strong relationships with private landlords, improving access to accommodation for frontline delivery teams and the young people they work alongside. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across GMBOP and related programmes, such as Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP), to share expertise, learning and best practice, helping to strengthen housing pathways and maximise impact across the wider partnership.

This role plays an important part in ensuring housing pathways are aligned with our strengths-based approach — supporting young people to move into accommodation that reflects their aspirations, promotes independence, and contributes to long-term stability.

• Increasing the number and diversity of landlords engaged and wanting to work with the project

• Building positive, collaborative relationships with landlords to create seamless housing and support pathways

• Ensuring accommodation secured through the project meets appropriate housing standards

We are looking for an experienced trusts and foundations fundraiser to join our team. This role will be a key part of our fundraising team, managing a portfolio of trust and foundations with the capacity to give up to £25,000 and the opportunity to assist with major grant funding bids which will enable us to drive forward our ambitious goals.

• You will deliver high quality written applications and reports in line with funder deadlines and keep in touch with donors and prospects via phone, virtually and in face-to-meetings and visits. We are looking for someone who has:
• Ability to manage tasks from start to finish and prioritise work to meet set deadlines.

Key responsibilities and tasks to meet the fundraising strategic targets:

Responsibility 1: Income generation

• Managing a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations to complete funding applications and, working with the Grants and Project Development Manager, to agree an annual programme of grant and trust applications to meet defined income targets.
• Assisting the Grants and Project Development Manager on major grant-funding applications and aligning smaller funds to secure match-funding for larger projects.
• Carrying out prospect research to identify new trust and grant funding opportunities.

Responsibility 2: Fund Relationship Management

• Stewarding an agreed portfolio of existing Trust and Foundation relationships, ensuring funder contributions are appropriately recognised and acknowledged and that grant criteria are met.
• Co-ordinating reports to funders, ensuring reports meet requirements and are sent on time.
• Developing new relationships with trust and foundation prospects identified to secure new income.
• Ensuring data on grant income and funders are updated and maintained to a high standard on the Trusts’ customer relationship management system (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT) and SWT SharePoint.
• Assisting with the administration of the Trust’s Programme Management Board (PMB) and project development documentation, helping develop cases of support and content for funding applications.

Responsibility 3: Supporting Wilder Fundraising Strategy

• Highlighting funding opportunities to SWT teams and contributing to funding applications led by other teams.
• Liaising with SWT Finance team to ensure grants are properly recorded, allocated and spending tracked.
• Providing additional support to the Fundraising & Marketing Team (F&M) and other SWT teams, as required and agreed with your line manager.

We are seeking a proactive, strategic and donor-centred fundraiser to lead and implement our

Individual Giving and emerging Legacy Giving programmes. This role is ideal for a fundraiser with experience in donor stewardship, campaign development and relationship-based fundraising who is ready to play a key role in growing sustainable voluntary income.

You will lead on the end-to-end delivery of supporter acquisition, retention, and stewardship plans, ensuring that every donor feels valued and understands the impact of their support. Alongside managing an established portfolio, you will proactively build a strong pipeline of new prospects, driving year‑on‑year income growth.

In addition, you will lead the development of our first Legacy Giving programme. With no formal legacy activity in place and a large, engaged volunteer network, this is a unique opportunity to establish a long-term income stream from the ground-up – raising awareness, creating accessible materials and nurturing warm supporters who may consider leaving a gift in their Will.

This role blends strategic planning with “hands-on” campaign delivery. Womankind Worldwide is a global women’s rights organisation working in partnership with women’s rights movements and organisations to transform the lives of women and girls. Role Purpose:

The Policy and Advocacy team within Womankind influences a transformative, feminist agenda for change in solidarity with movement partners and allies. This role reports to the UK and Global Policy and Advocacy Manager.

This is a full-time UK based role that supports the policy and advocacy team’s efforts from a decolonial feminist lens, in line with Womankind’s 2030 strategy and the Influencing Sub-Strategy. Reporting to the Movement Strengthening and Feminist Funding Policy & Advocacy Manager, the role will engage in Policy and Advocacy operational and management support, contribute to advocacy learning and exchange, knowledge production, coordination of MEL-related outputs, and represent Womankind internally and externally vis-à-vis its advocacy objectives.

Areas of responsibility:

1.Policy and Advocacy Operational and Management Support

• Assists the Policy and Advocacy team to respond to the needs and opportunities in the WRO and feminist movement and feminist funding ecosystem context. This includes mapping the context, conducting research, drafting internal briefing documents, attending in-person meetings with state and civil society actors, and dispatching external communication as appropriate.

• Taking the lead in partner and ally communications in relation to various policy and advocacy opportunities.

• Assisting the Policy and Advocacy Team to complete, file and dispatch finance and administration forms including international transfer forms.

• Supports annual operational and budget planning processes.

2.Policy and Advocacy Governance Support

• Schedules monthly Policy and Advocacy meetings, attend and document the said meetings, on a rotational basis with the other P&A Officer.

• Contribute to reporting processes at Womankind to ensure high quality narrative and financial work plans and reports, grant management, monitoring and evaluation, linking and learning, and financial management - in collaboration with other Womankind colleagues;

Person Specification

Qualification and training:

• A bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant social sciences field e.g. international development or legal studies, human rights, gender studies, or equivalent experience.

Essential Experience:

1. At least 3 years’ experience of working in organisations that engage in strategic, partner-centred, evidence-based advocacy with demonstrable results.

2. Experience of supporting the implementation of global advocacy projects and/or programmes to a high standard, for the promotion of women’s human rights and gender equality that are transnational and/or multi-stakeholder in scope;

3. Strong Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning Skills.

4. Demonstrable experience of working within multi-disciplinary teams including women’s movements, and/or membership movements, networks or coalitions targeting governments and civil society in the UK, and globally.

5. Experience of working with partner organisations located outside the UK with the ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different cultural settings;

6. Astute planner who can deliver multiple activities under pressure to strict deadlines and high levels of precision.

Salary: Circa £32,000

Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid

Hours: Full time and permanent.  35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The office is open 8am - 7pm daily and our hybrid working policy requires all full-time employees to work at least two days a week in the Edinburgh office. About the role  

The Programme Officer (PO) will support the delivery of the Society’s Researcher Development Programme, which is already an important feature of Wales’ research landscape.

The Supporter Care Officer role sits within the Supporter Services team, which forms an integral part of the Individual Giving team, within the Marketing Communications Department at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Working alongside another Supporter Services Officer and managed by the Supporter Care Manager, you will support the delivery of our Individual Giving programme, specifically in support of our Puppy Sponsorship Scheme.

The delivery of exceptional supporter care across multiple channels lies at the heart of the Supporter Care team and forms an integral part of the Individual Giving retention strategy.

In many instances, you will be the first line of enquiry either by telephone, email, social media, or letter (and occasionally face-to-face) for Hearing Dogs’ supporters.

Building good internal relationships within our Charity is an important part of this role as you will be working with various teams.

KEY TASKS OF THE ROLE:

Stewardship

• Present a professional, positive, and proactive approach to supporter care and adherence to best practice regarding stewardship and supporter engagement.
• Be proactive in stewardship process improvement and development, maintaining up-to-date guidance notes for areas of your work.
• Ensure all interactions with supporters are logged in the CRM system and where appropriate passed on to the relevant team(s) in a timely manner.
• Use KPIs and SLAs to track, measure, and report on performance to ensure supporter care consistently meets our high standards.

Puppy Sponsorship

• Process telephone, post and email enquiries/donations regarding and related to the Puppy Sponsorship Scheme, and ensure that all queries are responded to and resolved within recommended stewardship guidelines and timeframes for the team.
• Assist with maintenance of Puppy Sponsorship data on the Charity’s CRM to ensure supporter records are up-to-date and accurate, flagging any issues to the Supporter Services Manager.
• Promptly action any tasks set via the CRM system.
• Learn other aspects of Puppy Sponsorship activity and process as required, to support the wider team, and ensure that high standards of supporter care are maintained at all times, particularly noting pinch points in the team calendar.

Appeal Data & Fundraising Activity

• Prepare data for Puppy Sponsorship updates and build email communications.
• Assist with the production and cleaning of mailing files to support fundraising appeals, raffles, lotteries, and other products.
• Provide additional support to the other areas of the Supporter Services team, learning processes as necessary at times of increased fundraising activity and to ensure supporter care standards are adequately maintained during holiday periods.
