Groundswell is seeking a motivated and values-driven Project Co-ordinator to manage and deliver our training projects focused on raising awareness of extremism, hate and polarisation. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

The Project Coordinator will play a central operational role within the International Communities’ Organisation (ICO), ensuring that programmes across multiple country programmes are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Coordination and Implementation Oversight 50%
Monitor implementation of programme workplans across ICO programmes.

Until a dedicated communications role is created, the Project Coordinator will support basic organisational communications, including:

• Identifying events, conferences, or forums relevant to ICO’s work
• Supporting the coordination of press releases and media articles

Reporting Structure
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the ICO director and work closely with programme heads responsible for regional portfolios.

Interview Process
The recruitment process will take place in three stages designed to assess both the candidate’s professional capabilities and their suitability for working within a small, international organisation.

Stage 1 Remote Interview
The first stage will be a remote introductory interview. This conversation will focus on understanding the candidate’s background and overall suitability for the role. • Identification and cultivation:

• Producing lists of prospects to share with the Development Board, via the Director of Development.

• Identifying opportunities for cultivation at projects, events and concerts.

• Ownership of accurate and comprehensive Trust, Foundation and Statutory accreditation in all collateral and online.

• Proactive and consistent conduit between prospects and the Philharmonia, managing invitations to supported projects and ensuring consistent, warm and professional relationship management.

2 Ensuring efficient administration of Trusts and Foundations fundraising, including:

• Managing all Trusts and Foundations pledges and grants on our CRM Tessitura, and ensuring data capture and processing is in line with GDPR and other privacy laws.

• Population and updating of Trusts and Foundations submissions, stewarding and reporting tracker.

• Accurate records of all correspondence held in SharePoint.

The role
As a Training and Events Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and delivery of a busy portfolio of online, hybrid, and in-person training courses and events. You’ll manage multiple activities at once, ensuring excellent standards of organisation, communication, and customer service.
You’ll work closely with delegates, trainers, speakers, and internal teams often at a senior level so confidence, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.
 
Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training courses (predominantly online)
• Support the operational delivery of events and conferences
• Manage bookings, databases, inboxes, and event systems accurately
• Set up and support online events, including live troubleshooting
• Liaise with venues, facilities, and IT teams for in-person and hybrid events

You’ll have experience in events coordination, training administration, or a similar role, alongside:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and online event platforms
• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in South Derbyshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11348 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based South Derbyshire. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 18 hours per week

Salary: Circa £14,100 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum)

Contract: Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2027.

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. A key part of the role will be to support service users and the delivery of the service.

Reporting to the Stroke Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will:

• Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Take a person-centred approach to goal setting and support to enable stroke survivors and their carers to improve communication
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.
• Support stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference in the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

The post holder will have experience/background in:

• Providing person centred support.
• Working to improve outcomes for individuals/communities
• Using technology and IT systems to support your work and keep timely, accurate records.
• Working collaboratively with other professionals in a variety of settings.
• Delivering presentations and organising local events

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Haringey Team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11352 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Haringey. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £28,300 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

Contract: This is a Maternity Cover role for 12 months, until 26 April 2027.

The Role

Reporting to Service Delivery Coach, key responsibilities will include:

• Organise and facilitate effective service communication for the benefit of stroke survivors and carers in understanding and achieving their goals.
• Ensure that timely, confidential and accurate records are kept on the CRM data base and all data is in line with the retention policy and GDPR compliant.
• Develop and manage service volunteers to support service delivery for stroke survivors and carers as required.

About You

You will have experience in:

• Providing person centred support to empower vulnerable people or people with a disability or long-term health condition and their carers
• Nurturing emotional resilience needed to handle a variety of calls, potentially dealing with complex and challenging situations whilst working in your own home
• Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse audience including anyone experiencing communication difficulties via a combination of face-to-face visits or meetings, telephone calls, emails or letters, and digital methods (such as video calls)

This role requires regular travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

Pantries and Community Engagement Coordinator

Healthy Living Platform is looking for a confident, organised and values-driven Pantries and Community Engagement Coordinator to help strengthen and coordinate our community food work across Lambeth.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our food pantry network - supporting volunteers, coordinating delivery across sites, and ensuring our work is rooted in dignity, inclusion and community leadership.

 You’ll play a key role in:

· Supporting pathways for community-led food activity
