Education & Training Coordinator (Outreach and Events)

The Society of Analytical Psychology (the SAP) is seeking a skilled and motivated Education and Training Co-ordinator to support the efficient functioning and delivery of its trainings, courses and events.

We are a psychoanalytical organisation of Jungian analysts and psychotherapists which provides education and training courses in this field, as well as organising professional conferences, workshops, seminars and public events to develop and share professional knowledge.

About the Role

The Education and Training Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of the SAP’s education and training programmes. The role will coordinate course and event registrations, respond to enquiries, maintain the SAP events calendar, and ensure accurate and up-to-date trainee and financial records and databases. This role will also support the promotion of courses and events, working closely with the Digital Communications Lead. The postholder will work closely with another Education & Training Co-ordinator, who will focus primarily on trainee-related processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience of coordinating meetings, events, courses or other activities.
• Experience of maintaining databases, records and administrative systems.
• Experience of responding to enquiries and providing a professional and helpful service.
• Ability to support the production of promotional and marketing materials.
• Experience of supporting an application, recruitment or selection process.

 Contract & Practical Details

• Contract: Part-time
• Hours: 18 hrs /week
• Salary: £16,380 per annum pro rata.
