About the Role

About the Organisation

The Grenfell Education Hub opened last year to serve those most affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The hub provides a safe, restorative and relational education support to children and young people, their families and local schools.

A consultation process in 2023 and 2024 about the needs of the community and the bereaved and survivors led to proposals for an educational ‘hub’.  This comprises a wide range of professionals including four specialist teachers, an Educational Psychologist, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Careers Specialist, and a Family Support Practitioner. About the role

This is an exciting time to be joining Crisis Client Services as we work towards our Vision to 'End Homelessness' for more of the members we work with. We are a value's driven organisation with members at the heart of what we do. 

Working in a psychologically informed way, you will establish an open, trusting and strength based professional relationship with members supporting them into sustainable housing. Offering high quality coaching, advice and information and motivating members to identify and work through the changes they need and want to make whilst supporting their wellbeing and development of resilience and interpersonal skills. 

About you

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and driven person to join the team as a Coach within the Structured Coaching team. You will deliver high quality coaching that enables members to achieve their goal of sustainably ending their homelessness by providing flexible, planned, person-centred support including access to housing, employment and the appropriate learning and skills development both internally and through access to community-based specialist services. You will hold a holistic view of a member's journey with us as part of our "one worker, one member' lead working approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the front-line contact for supporters, handling calls, emails, and letters with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate supporter records within the donor database, ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality.
• Prepare and send timely thank you communications and process various donation mechanisms, including direct debits, standing orders, and Gift Aid.
• Generate reports on donation activities and supporter engagement to inform stewardship strategies.
• Support mailing campaigns, event invitations, and follow-up communications with attention to detail.
• Process donations securely, reconcile accounts, and support financial administrative tasks in line with organisational procedures.
• Participate in fundraising events, providing support and ensuring supporter satisfaction.

Person Specification:

• Experience in supporter or customer care within a charity or similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in IT tools; experience with donor databases like Donorfy is advantageous.
• Attentive to detail with accuracy in data handling and financial processing.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a professional and compassionate approach.
• Comfortable working on-site in central London, with flexibility for hybrid working.
• Ability to juggle a demanding workload and adapt to changing priorities.

This is a pivotal role at an exciting point in the development of our training and consultancy function. We are looking for someone who can build on the strong foundations already in place and take the function into its next phase - growing reach, strengthening quality, deepening partnerships and scaling delivery through a high-quality blended model that combines NAPAC’s external trainer network with our internal expertise. 

The successful candidate will lead the development of NAPAC’s learning products, oversee the Trauma Informed Organisations Programme, and build strong relationships with clients, commissioners, partners and other stakeholders. They will shape proposals, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure that all training products are evidence-informed, accessible and aligned with survivor perspectives. 

A central part of the role is to lead and strengthen NAPAC’s delivery model, including the recruitment, support and quality assurance of external trainers and training associates. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that delivery across the client base is well designed, well matched and consistently high quality. 

We are looking for someone who brings real credibility in learning design and facilitation. The successful candidate will be confident overseeing high quality delivery across the wider model and, where appropriate, delivering selected high value or flagship sessions themselves where this adds strategic value.
