Millions of people are unable to access the mainstream products and services that meet their financial needs and have to choose between going without essentials or turning to high-cost credit or illegal money lenders. Without safety nets like credit, insurance or savings, everyday life events or financial shocks can tip people into increasingly vulnerable circumstances.
One of Fair4All Finance’s key strategic priorities, and a focus of the Innovation and Development team, is to transform the market, to test and deliver the right products to all customers who need them including dramatically improving access to credit, insurance and resilience products by attracting new entrants, scaling existing providers and supporting mainstream providers to diversify their offerings.
A key part of our strategy is to test and scale product propositions, working in partnership with providers, and, where successful, to scale these propositions up for long term success. The Associate Director – Commercial will lead on the commercial lifecycle of proposition tests, meeting potential partners and developing a pipeline of opportunities through to procurement (where appropriate) or running a transparent competition via a subsidy scheme, bid assessment, contract negotiation with significant providers of lending, insurance and savings products. You will work with those providers to oversee the successful setup and delivery including building in how we measure the success of the pilot or proposition and evaluate the impact.
Also key to the role is liaising with the Head of Proposition, Design and Development to design end to end products that meet the needs of people in financially vulnerable circumstances. Head of Enterprise Architecture
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week
Location: London, UK
UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.
Salary: £71,481/-per year with excellent benefits.

About the team
The Head of Enterprise Architecture sits within the IT Leadership Team and reports directly to the Director of IT. The role leads the newly established Enterprise Architecture function consisting of a small data engineering team and a data governance lead. Enterprise Architecture is one of the core pillars of WaterAid’s IT & Technology planning, along with Global IT Service & Delivery, Global Cybersecurity & Global IT Portfolio & Strategic Engagement.
About the role
The Head of Enterprise Architecture provides strategic leadership for enterprise, data, and solution architecture across WaterAid UK and supports global initiatives. This role sets the vision for organisation-wide architecture, ensuring that business strategy is underpinned by scalable, responsive, and sustainable technology and data ecosystems. The postholder is responsible for the oversight of data architecture, engineering, integration, and governance to drive business value and data maturity.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days. These days are designated to cover the period when our UK office closes between Christmas and New Year, allowing all UK WaterAiders to take a well-deserved break.
These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be changed or moved. Annual leave is accrued based on your start date. If sufficient leave has not been accrued by the time of the closure, the 3 days will be taken as unpaid leave or pro-rated, depending on your circumstances.

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national health charity in the search for a Individual Giving Officer to join their growing team.
This is the only national charity supporting people living with lupus and those who care for them. They hold an ambition for a world where people with lupus can live full and active lives. This organisation works hard to empower people by providing information about lupus and offering support, so their voices are heard and their condition diagnosed and managed effectively.
As the Individual Giving Officer, you will be responsible for supporting fundraising through individual donors including members and reoccuring donors. It will focus on enhancing supporter journeys, building long-term relationships through effective campaigns, stewardship and data-drive engagment.
This person will have some experience across individual giving and have worked on delivering individual giving fundraising campaigns before. Ideally this person will have digital and email marketing experience and be an excellent communicator.
This is a permanent part-time role orf 21 hours and offering a salary of £35,000 FTE per annum. This role is remote with occasional travel to London.
