About the role
This exciting role will be responsible for the creation of the physical and digital Archive of the Care-Experienced Campaigning Movement and work closely with the team to support the extensive use of archive materials and stories to support the creative audio elements of the programme. We are looking for an experienced and creative archivist with a keen interest in social history and experience of working on physical and digital archive projects, preferably including digitalisation/oral history to lead on this unique area of work.
The post holder will report to the Programme Manager, and will work with the programme team, Programme Board and Coram. The role will liaise closely with Coram’s Executive Office and external partners including the London Archives.

The NEST service provides trauma informed, community-based support to young women and girls aged 14-25 at risk of entering or becoming entrenched in the Criminal Justice System. Lively Minds is an award-winning NGO with nearly 20 years of experience designing, testing and scaling early childhood development (ECD) solutions across the Global South. Our core idea is simple but radical: parents are the sleeping giants of ECD. Governments and donors have long overlooked parents, assuming that poverty and low literacy make them unable or unwilling to support their childrenʼs development. We have spent two decades proving otherwise. With RCT-backed evidence and a national-scale proof point in Ghana, we have demonstrated that parent-powered approaches, delivered through government systems, can achieve meaningful child development outcomes at scale.

Purpose of the Role
Lively Minds is at a critical inflection point. We have the evidence, the model and the momentum. We now need the funding, profile and sector influence to match our ambition. The Director of Fundraising and Communications is a priority hire, created to provide the dedicated, experienced leadership that this moment demands.
The Director will own and drive Lively Mindsʼ income generation, building new funder relationships, managing and deepening existing ones, and ensuring the organisation has the pipeline, discipline and quality of engagement to meet and exceed its fundraising targets. Working in close partnership with the Founding CEO, who retains ownership of a small number of long-standing strategic relationships, the Director will take primary responsibility for securing the funding that makes the 2026–2028 strategy deliverable, and that opens the door to greater scale beyond it. We need to raise approximately £3.4m over the next 3 years to deliver our strategy. But our ambition is to exceed that target so we can support additional governments.
Alongside fundraising, the Director will provide strategic leadership to Lively Mindsʼ communications and advocacy work, ensuring that the organisationʼs external voice is compelling and that we are building credibility in the spaces where funding decisions are made. The Director will lead and provide strategic coherence to a small but outward-facing team, including Head of Partnerships and Advocacy Lead who are active on the international stage. About the Role
We're looking for a Supporter Experience Assistant to join our Data, Insight and Supporter Experience (DISE) Team, part of our wider Fundraising Team. You'll be the first point of contact for our supporters — responding to enquiries by phone, email and post with warmth and professionalism. You'll process regular giving requests, including changes to payment schedules, donation amounts and cancellations, ensuring everything is actioned accurately and on time. You'll also help keep our fundraising CRM up to date, supporting the wider team with administrative and income-processing tasks.
About You
You'll have experience in customer service or handling enquiries by phone, email or in person, along with strong administrative skills and real attention to detail. You're comfortable maintaining accurate records or databases, and you communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal. You're reliable, collaborative, and share our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Experience in a charity or fundraising environment, processing Direct Debits, or using a CRM (ideally Raiser's Edge NXT) would be an advantage, but isn't essential. If you're organised, personable, and want your work to genuinely support young people across the country, we'd love to hear from you.

The Bounce Back service forms an integral part of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s Complex Needs Community Services. The service provides one-to-one outreach support to facilitate a smooth, timely and supportive discharge from hospital back in to the community.
About the Project
Herts Mind Network (HMN) has a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver a one-to-one outreach service for people who are in hospitals across Hertfordshire.
There is an emergency department arm of the project and will be based at Watford General Hospital working in A&E departments, with the Mental Health Liaison Team, and hospital wards facilitating hospital discharge for people with mental health need.
About the Role:
The Bounce Back Worker will be based at Watford General Hospital and HMN Centres, promoting joint working between Watford A&E, creating a seamless pathway into community support for clients recovering from mental ill health.
The aims of the Bounce Back service are to provide up to 16 sessions of emotional and practical support and advice & information to patients. We will visit patients on the ward and continue the sessions in the local community and in patient’s homes once discharged. We will facilitate a smooth and timely hospital discharge.
Key Responsibilities
The Bounce Back worker will use a recovery orientated approach working with patients on the ward, and in the local community, including in people’s homes. The recovery approach includes empathy, warmth, acceptance, authenticity, compassion and humanity. To work with hospital staff to ensure patients are offered advice, information, and holistic support.
