We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant- 30 hours a week for an international social welfare charity dedicated to breaking the cycles of poverty and supporting people to develop lifelong skills. This role is to cover a four-month maternity leave period within the CEO's office. You will manage a complex diary and inbox, coordinate travel and meetings, maintain accurate systems, and support financial administration.

The Role:
Manage the CEO's complex inbox and calendar; identify priorities and ensure timely follow-up

The Candidate:
1-2 years of experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team.

Excellent written and verbal English, including the ability to draft polished correspondence and documents.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or another CRM is advantageous.

The Role

The Business Development Manager will play a central role in building the relationships and income pipeline that drives the training targets. South East London Community Energy (Selce) was born in 2014, when a group of people living in Greenwich & Lewisham became so concerned about climate change that they decided to come up with a formula that would help to create a clean and just energy future.
