· A track record of securing six-figure public sector contracts and/or grant funding.
· Experience developing service solutions and funding propositions with operational teams, partners and stakeholders, including facilitating workshops.
· Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of the business development lifecycle.
· Knowledge of one or more of Catch22's core service areas, including education, justice, employability, health, or victims and exploitation services.

The role
We are seeking a dynamic senior campaigns and communications officer to drive our public impact. You will lead communications for our high-profile FairChecks campaign for criminal records reform, coordinate our popular podcast, and elevate the digital presence of Transform Justice. This is a multi-faceted role combining grassroots movement-building, digital marketing, and creative content production.
The role is home-based and you will use your own equipment, so you will need to be able to work on your own with little day-to-day supervision. We are looking for an experienced and organised administrator to provide practical support during a busy three-month period.
This varied, hands-on role will help keep our office running smoothly while supporting communications, trustee meetings, our AGM and charity events, including a sponsored charity run.
You will:
We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and highly organised, with experience in administration within a charity or community setting. You will be comfortable managing several priorities, working independently and following tasks through to completion.
Experience of minute-taking, Microsoft Office and creating social media content is essential. Familiarity with Canva would be an advantage.
This is an ideal short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and can quickly become a dependable part of a small, friendly charity team. We are looking for someone who will be immediately available, ideally able to start by the end of September.
