Responsibilities

About the role
This is an exciting new role with responsibility for leading and developing Lily's public fundraising programme, bringing together our sports events, special events, community fundraising and emerging individual giving activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communications Plan and Content Creation

JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes. The role will keep projects running smoothly, maintain accurate monitoring data, and be a reliable first point of contact for members and delivery partners. OVERALL PURPOSE
To support the Products Manager in the development, delivery and administration of innovative fundraising products and initiatives that generate income for NHS Charities Together whilst helping NHS charities increase their own fundraising income.
The Development Product Executive will play a key role in coordinating fundraising products including the lottery programme, the National Legacy Campaign, , fundraising toolkits and collective fundraising initiatives. The role will help ensure products are delivered effectively, members receive excellent support and product performance is monitored to drive continuous improvement.
Working collaboratively across the Development team, the Development Product Executive will help deliver high-quality fundraising products that are accessible, scalable and responsive to the needs of NHS charities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties and responsibilities of the role holder are as outlined below:
Product Delivery & Development
- Support the Products Manager with the delivery and ongoing development of fundraising products, campaigns and initiatives for NHS charities.
- Support the administration and delivery of the lottery programme, including member onboarding, supplier liaison, reporting and responding to enquiries. The role will support NHS charities to recruit players to the lottery, so experience of engaging and growing membership or supporter bases, and understanding recruitment journeys, would be beneficial.
- Assist in developing, testing and evaluating new fundraising products and pilot initiatives.
- Produce and maintain fundraising toolkits, guidance documents, templates and other supporting resources.
- Coordinate timelines, project plans and actions to ensure fundraising products are delivered to schedule.

Member Support & Collaboration
- Act as a first point of contact for member charities with queries relating to fundraising products and initiatives.

As WeProtect Global Alliance Fundraising and Grants Manager,you will:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a multi-donor grant portfolio (restricted and unrestricted) to ensure donor obligations are met in full and on time.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Bookkeeper to join our small, collaborative team. This is a varied role at the heart of the organisation, providing pragmatic administrative support across membership services, communications, finance, governance and events.
You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and using a range of digital systems. From supporting our members and maintaining our CRM to producing communications, updating website content and assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping, you'll play an important role in helping ADCH deliver an efficient and professional service.
As part of a small team, you'll need to be adaptable, self-motivated and happy to take ownership of your work while supporting colleagues across a wide range of activities. You'll be equally comfortable working independently from home and collaborating with the team, with travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays required.
Person Specification
- Essential
- Experience providing administrative support within a busy team.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Canva and database systems.
- Experience of bookkeeping and using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or similar).
- Experience of creating social media content for an organisation.
- Experience of updating website content using systems such as WordPress or Similar.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload, work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
It would also be great (but not essential) if you had:
- Experience of working in the charity sector and/or a membership organisation.
- Experience supporting or coordinating events
- Experience of supporting committees or governance meetings.
- Experience of working remotely.

About the role
- We are seeking an experienced People and Inclusion (P&I) professional to join our passionate team and contribute to the meaningful work that transforms the lives of parents and families. Your role will work within a small P&I team, which is part of our overall Organisational Services Directorate. Key duties include:
- Deep and proactive partnering with our charity’s managers as a trusted advisor on People and Inclusion matters across the employee lifecycle. We rely on our talented staff team to deliver a range of important services for all parents so need our people to feel included, connected and supported to do their best work;
- Efficient management of People administration and the operational People function to deliver an excellent employee experience. This will include ensuring our HR System (IRIS Cascade) is optimised for our teams, delivering timely and accurate management data to inform decision-making and ensuring our People policies and practices operate at a minimum in line with employment legislation and aspire to be best practice throughout. You will manage our People and Inclusion Coordinator and will partner with the Payroll team;
- Leading the delivery and continuous development of employee equity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives that support diversity and create belonging for all of our people. Ensuring that equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) is embedded across all of our work is one of our Charity’s key strategic aims;
- Taking a remote first approach as we have a home-based workforce and working in in partnership with the communications team to deliver motivational, supportive and informative updates alongside connection and engagement opportunities;
- Build focussed management development, learning and community-building opportunities for our People managers.
About you:

- You will have a CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or demonstrable equivalent) and will demonstrate an interest in continuing professional development, including ensuring you are up-to-date with the practical implementation of UK employment legislation and People best practice;
- You will have significant previous experience operating as a People Business Partner, People and Inclusion Manager or senior HR/People Advisor or similar across the full employee lifecycle. Your key experience will include: overseeing the efficient and effective deployment and development of an HR system; effective partnering with managers; analysing People data and trends; developing and embedding ED&I principles and practices; and supporting organisational change projects.

You will be an experienced leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of successful relationship and partnership development at all levels. You will have strong project and budget management experience, and you will be an exceptional strategic thinker with the ability to create and deliver effective strategies and action plans
