The service is dispersed into several accommodations with around 153 residents in total. The residents in our services are those who have experienced homelessness and have face challenges such as mental health, substance use or have an offending background.
In this role, you will lead the team with overall leadership to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. You will ensure the services run smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners. We're looking for someone who is solution focused, has experience within a similar service environment, and can create a safe space for individuals to learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor and analyse service performance data and key performance indicators
- Line management and leadership, offering guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle, fostering a supportive leadership culture focused on staff wellbeing, learning, and development

This fixed term role will provide cover with the current position-holder is on secondment with another team. Within the Individual Giving team, the Fundraising Manager will have responsibility for the planning and delivery of activities that recruit new supporters and generate income. You will manage our supporter recruitment programme, ensuring we meet our targets, and promoting investment strategies to cost-effectively and sustainably grow our supporter base. You will focus on the delivery of existing offline communication channels, as well as the development of new products, channels and audiences with a future-focused outlook on fundraising and recruitment. Over the next 12 months the new initiatives we plan to launch include a value exchange lead generation programme, improvements to our welcome journeys including the introduction of telemarketing, and potentially a lottery scheme. Working closely with the other Fundraising Managers (especially the Digital Fundraising Manager), you will also ensure that new recruits go on to become loyal supporters, taking the lead on some projects and contributing to others, and will help to feed the pipeline of legacy pledges. Known internally as Engagement Campaign Manager our successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels to generate income and increase the loyalty across a range of audiences.

- Project manage a range a of direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, digital and telemarketing.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful college development programmes. Clare College is celebrating its 700th anniversary this year. Accompanied by a new strategic vision for the College’s eighth century, the anniversary provides an opportunity to launch Clare’s next fundraising campaign.
The Database and Research Lead will play a key role in the overall success of the Development Office and the new campaign. The successful applicant will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and effective use of the College’s Development database and will provide comprehensive gift administration and data services. Responsibilities include the overseeing of constituent data with other College and University systems, providing general administrative support for the office and preparing briefings for the Master, other senior College Officers and fundraisers for use on visits and at events.
The hours of work will be 36.25 per week with the specific hours to be agreed with the successful candidate. The success of the Development Office depends on the flexibility and ethos of its staff. The role holder will be required to participate in activities outside the core job description that are important to the overall development programme and the College.

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be between £35,000 and £40,000 with the possibility of some additional flexibility for an exceptional candidate. There will be a four-month probationary period. Confirmation in role will be subject to satisfactory completion of the probationary period. The role-holder is entitled to 26 days’ holiday per year, plus public holidays. Other benefits include eligibility for a free parking space in College, and a free lunch in College on working days. We also offer membership of a defined pension contribution scheme. The Role
Home-Based in the Midlands with monthly travel to the London office (EC1V)
The Volunteering Manager will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of volunteering within Arthritis Action. This is a new role responsible for ensuring that more people affected by arthritis across the country receive high-quality, evidence-based support and have meaningful opportunities to connect, participate and influence our work.
The postholder will oversee our volunteering activity, in turn enabling volunteers to extend our reach, strengthen communities and increase our impact across the region. The postholder will work closely with the Head of Services and Engagement to develop the relevant polices and strategies whilst also thinking about recruitment, onboarding, training and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteering Development
• Develop a strong understanding of the volunteer journey, using insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, retention and outcomes.
• Develop approaches to ensure volunteers can increase engagement amongst diverse and underserved communities.
• Implement effective monitoring and evaluation processes to demonstrate impact.
• Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to link volunteering and donor journeys.
• Establish effective onboarding, recruitment, training and retention processes.
• Update existing volunteering policies and strategy documents to bring them in line with practice for 2026 and beyond.
• Work alongside the CEO to support and develop our new Clinical Advisory Panel.
Engagement Building
• Develop and implement an engagement approach that strengthens relationships with existing and potential volunteers.
• Create meaningful opportunities for people with lived experience to volunteer with Arthritis Action.
• Work collaboratively with Communications and Fundraising colleagues to maximise awareness and impact.
• Build relationships with community partners and relevant external organisations to build the volunteering network.
Volunteering Strategy and Development
• Develop Arthritis Action’s volunteer strategy with support from the Head of Services and Engagement, creating a sustainable model that supports organisational priorities.
• With support from the Head of Services and Engagement, establish appropriate volunteer policies, processes, safeguarding arrangements and systems.
• Work alongside staff to create volunteer led services.
Line Management
• Act as the first point of contact for volunteers.
• Responsibility for volunteers supporting the charity.
Data, Insight and Impact
• Use data, feedback and evaluation to understand the effectiveness and impact of our volunteering programme, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the experience and contribution of our volunteers.
• Report meaningful KPIs for volunteering and engagement, using the CRM.

Dean Farm Trust is seeking an experienced and compassionate Sanctuary Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of our 32-acre animal sanctuary near Chepstow.
Home to 200 rescued animals, including pigs, cows, sheep, goats, equines and birds, Dean Farm Trust provides a home for life to animals in need. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with animal welfare at its heart.
The Sanctuary Operations Manager will lead our on-site team, working through our Team Leaders to ensure the Sanctuary operates safely, effectively and to the highest standards of animal welfare. The role will oversee staffing and rotas, volunteer development, recruitment and training, budgets and resources, facilities and maintenance, land and pasture management, health and safety, compliance, contractors, projects and the operational delivery of Sanctuary events and activities.

You will need to be organised, practical and able to balance the immediate demands of running a sanctuary with longer-term planning and improvement.

The Role
As our Evidence and Impact Manager, you will lead the development and continual improvement of our Outcomes Framework, helping us evidence progress towards our vision of ‘Transformation through Forests’.
Working to deliver our vision for nature, communities and enterprise, you’ll establish meaningful metrics, effective data collection, evaluation and reporting processes.
Managing a small team, you will oversee the generation and delivery of robust evidence and insight, translating complex information for a range of audiences to inform decision-making, support programme development, and inform external messaging for communications and advocacy work.

- Oversee reporting for the Defra England Tree Planting Programme
- Line manage a Grants Officer who administers £2m of grants for forest creation and woodland management

About You
To be considered as our Evidence and Impact Manager, you will need:
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of leading corporate performance monitoring and reporting within the environmental field
- Proven experience of using GIS for dataset analysis and the presentation of spatial information
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research and information presentation techniques
- An understanding of the benefits of tree planting and habitat creation for nature, communities and enterprise
