We're looking for a highly organised Team Administrator to keep The Talent Tap running smoothly and provide administrative support across all aspects of our small team including finance, programme logistics, marketing and fundraising support. The role blends detail-oriented routine tasks with ad hoc support meaning no day looks the same, but there’s a high degree of predictability.

We’re looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, who is able to work independently to get things done but collaboratively to work as a team.

Key responsibilities

You don’t need to have experience in all of the areas below. We’re looking for potential and willingness to learn and develop.

Team administration

• Organise and coordinate team meetings, including scheduling and agendas
• Produce clear, accurate notes and track actions through to completion
• Support board administration, including preparing papers and circulating minutes
• Bookkeeping tasks such as raising invoices, processing bills and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (No finance qualification is needed, but you must bring strong attention to detail)

Programme administration

• Book accommodation, meeting rooms and travel
• Support with impact tracking and reporting
• Volunteer communication, scheduling and recordkeeping
• Coordinate and book virtual and in-person meetings and events

Marketing and fundraising administration

• Assemble and send out newsletters
• Maintain and update records in our contact management system (currently Pipedrive) and fundraising spreadsheets
• Support the team with other fundraising and marketing admin, such as updating the website, scheduling content on social media platforms, updating documents in Canva

What we can offer

Salary and pension: We are offering an FTE salary for the role of £28,000 FTE, pro-rated to 21 hours a week (our working week is 35 hours).

Annual leave: You will be entitled to 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (these will be pro-rated to reflect your hours).

Hours of work: As a remote and largely part-time team, we offer a great deal of flexibility. We’re ideally looking for someone who can work 21 hours/week spread over three or more days of the week. We need someone who can commit to some regular team meetings, including quarterly away days which might fall outside of your normal working pattern. Otherwise, we trust you to set the schedule which works best for you.

Location: Our team works remotely. The team does meet in London quarterly for away days, for which travel is paid for. Remote participation is possible to accommodate access needs.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Media and Communications Lead to deliver and manage our rail suicide prevention campaigns.

In this role you’ll take the lead in managing Samaritans’ communications and media activity relating to rail suicide prevention. You will manage the delivery of our important Small Talk Saves Lives campaign and other targeted awareness campaigns. You’ll also lead on media relations for our rail programme, identifying opportunities to ensure Samaritans’ is visible in relevant media stories.

You will represent Samaritans’ Rail programme at a national level, working with key rail industry stakeholders and programme funders. You’ll also work alongside colleagues across Samaritans, including regional rail colleagues and those within the wider media team.

YMCA England & Wales is entering one of the most exciting chapters in its fundraising history, launching our ambition to create 10,000 new homes for young people. Working alongside local YMCAs, we will support the development of new accommodation across the federation, helping young people move towards independence.

You will lead the fundraising behind two critical components of the 10,000 Homes programme:
• Securing income from the public to build and sustain a central Centre of Expertise (mobilisation team), supporting local YMCAs to develop and deliver housing projects.
• Raising capital from individual supporters, mid-level donors and major donors to grow a replenishing national fund that provides upfront investment to unlock housing developments across the federation.

What the job involves

We’re looking for two Events and Community Coordinators to join our Events and Community Team, one permanent contract and one fixed term for 12 months. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.

Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:

· our own events (e.g. March for Men)

· virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)

· third party events (e.g. London Marathon)

· Golf Days

· helping community fundraisers who organise their own activity

You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. You’ll build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters. From registration to the end of their supporter journey, you'll help motivate during challenges, offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at the end of a first-class experience.

Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. This role sits within the Sporting Events sub-team, supporting people taking on third party fundraising events such as the TCS London Marathon, a cycling event or our own event, March for Men. Day-to-day, you’ll manage our inbox and proactively reach out to new fundraisers to offer support and guidance, as well as delivering core processes like thanking, fulfilment and volunteer management in collaboration with other internal teams.

You’ll also work with our Communications teams. This supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. This helps to raise the profile of our fundraising activity, as well as prostate cancer and Prostate Cancer UK.

You’ll have the drive and eagerness to provide crucial support to our sector-leading programme of events which generated over £41m of gross income in 2025-6. The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. Shift patterns and start times will be dependent on the needs of the business. This will mean occasions when late, early and weekend work will be required. Shift location will vary between our sites. The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is responsible for maximising the number of students using TeamUCL Gyms and ensuring all members have an excellent user experience. They have oversight for the holistic member journey including promotion, joining, induction and retention. Ensuring both the digital and in-person experience exceeds member expectations. They will have autonomy to be agile and responsive to member needs, adapting the customer journey to the changing needs.
