About the role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of Lily's community fundraising and individual giving programme. You'll be the main point of contact for many of our amazing supporters, helping individuals, families and community groups make the most of their fundraising. You'll also play a key role in developing Lily's Teams initiative, which brings together families and friends fundraising in honour or memory of someone affected by mitochondrial disease.
Alongside community fundraising, you'll support the delivery of Lily's emerging Individual Giving, Regular Giving and Legacy fundraising activity, helping to develop and deliver supporter journeys, campaigns and communications that encourage long-term engagement.
Working closely with the Senior Public Fundraising Manager and colleagues across fundraising and marketing, you'll play an important part in helping more people discover, support and stay connected with The Lily Foundation. Key responsibilities

The Role
As the Digital Fundraising Assistant, you will:

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.
The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. We are seeking a Policy Manager to lead IPSEA's policy and influencing work to achieve positive change for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Head of Legal and Training, trustees and colleagues across the organisation, you will set strategic policy priorities and develop evidence-based influencing plans that support IPSEA's mission and long-term objectives.
Drawing on insights from our advice and tribunal services, legal expertise and the experiences of families, you will identify systemic issues within the SEND system and develop policy solutions that improve children and young people's access to the support and education to which they are entitled. You will ensure that IPSEA's policy positions are credible, legally robust and informed by the lived experiences of those we support.
You will lead IPSEA's engagement with government, Parliament and other key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to influence legislation, policy and practice at both national and local level. This includes overseeing responses to consultations, parliamentary inquiries and calls for evidence, as well as preparing briefings and strategic advice to support senior-level engagement and advocacy.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across legal, communications, fundraising and training teams, you will ensure IPSEA's policy, campaigning and public affairs activities are aligned and maximise the organisation's impact. You will also monitor developments across the political, legal and policy landscape, helping IPSEA respond proactively to emerging opportunities and challenges affecting the rights of children and young people with SEND.

This is a key income-generating role, responsible for the planning, promotion, and delivery of a portfolio of challenge and fundraising events – including third-party, virtual and flagship events.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire participation, encourage fundraising, and maximise income for the charity.
You’ll need solid project management skills, strong supporter stewardship instincts, and a good understanding of how digital channels can be used to recruit, engage, and motivate fundraisers. Title: Programme & Events Coordinator
Reports to: Associate Director of Business & Operations

The Role
Arrhythmia Alliance and its two sister charities (AF Association and STARS – Syncope Trust) is one of the world's leading heart rhythm charities, delivering internationally recognised educational programmes, medical conferences, awareness campaigns patient educational events, awareness programmes and exhibiting at congresses to promote and deliver our work.
Working alongside and reporting to the HRC Manager, you will coordinate the planning and delivery of healthcare professional conferences, patient education events, our programmes, awareness campaigns and digital programmes across the UK and internationally.
You will provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure programmes and events are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Event & Programme Coordination
· Coordinate venue bookings, accommodation, travel, catering, audio-visual requirements, faculty invites, registration and event logistics.

Working Pattern

The role is split 50/50 between communications and research.
