Job description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director/CEO to help lead a multi-award-winning charity into its next phase of growth and impact.

You will help shape and deliver the organisation’s strategic vision while ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic planning and organisational growth opportunities
  • Developing fundraising and income generation strategies understanding the funding challenges and landscape for the charity sector
  • Securing income contracts and partnership opportunities
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Leading and supporting a dispersed hybrid team
  • Working as an ambassador with funders and stakeholders
