Director of Inclusive Research (Participatory Research)

Join RiDC as our new Director of Inclusive Research (Participatory Research) and lead nationally significant programmes that are influencing transport, sustainability, public policy and consumer services across the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within the UK's leading disability-led research organisations. You will shape RiDC's participatory, qualitative and deliberative research portfolio, championing co-production and lived experience-led approaches that ensure disabled people's voices drive meaningful change.

Working with government, businesses, charities and disabled people's organisations, you will help translate evidence into action while leading high-profile initiatives including the National Centre for Accessible Transport and our pioneering Eco-Ableism programme.
