Every day our Community Hub is used by clients, community members, volunteers, students, partners and staff. You're someone who notices what needs attention, whether that's a space, a process or a practical problem, and enjoys sorting it out. You get satisfaction from helping things run well and from creating places where people enjoy being.
Likewise is a community-centred mental health charity based in Camden. We believe people thrive through meaningful relationships, supportive communities and opportunities to contribute. We're also trying to build a different kind of organisation—one that values trust, autonomy, learning and shared responsibility. People here are encouraged to think for themselves, contribute ideas and take ownership of their work.
