Guts UK are looking for a new Fundraising Assistant to join the team. The fundraising assistant is the first point of contact for many of our supporters and donors. They record all of our donations in our fundraising database; they make sure all of our donor data is up to date; and they are often part of the early stewardship journey for our supporters.
The role holder is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all donor information in our fundraising database including consent and marketing preferences. They are also responsible for capturing all fundraising donations in that database with the appropriate coding to help us understand where the donation came from. The role works closely with the finance team to make sure physical donations are treated properly but also to make sure the fundraising systems and finance systems always match.
The role holder will be the first point of contact for many of our supporters and the role is critical in ensuring those supporters have a smooth, professional and friendly experience. This role holder will make sure all donors get the recognition and thanks they deserve by delivering exemplary stewardship.

The Role
This is a key role in ensuring that we continue to secure the resources we need to provide our vital services and activities for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants in South London. The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Fundraising and Grants Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will help strengthen and diversify Runnymede’s income generation and support the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.
Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of Runnymede’s fundraising strategy, identifying and securing funding opportunities across trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, consultancy, individual giving and high-net-worth individuals.
