They will work with the newly formed Eco Diocese Group as they inspire, encourage and support individuals, churches and other Christian communities to cherish creation, live responsibly and speak up. In particular, they will enable greater and more effective participation in the Eco Church initiative by individual parishes and deaneries.
The successful candidate will have a developed understanding of a variety of personal, local and political responses to environmental challenges as well as experience of environmental engagement in a local church, school or other organisation.

Programme Manager role
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed Programme Manager(s) to join our existing Programme Team in September 2024 on a full or part-time basis (6-month fixed-term with potential to extend). As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Yes Futures programmes in-person, in our partner primary and secondary schools in North London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire.
Main Responsibilities
You will be one of a small team of Programme Managers, dedicated to delivering excellent programmes which make a positive difference to the lives of students. The main responsibilities of the Programme Manager role are:
Programme delivery
- Responsible for the care and wellbeing of all students in your schools on the programme;
- Communicating with parents where necessary during the programme, by email, letter and telephone;
- Planning and delivering whole-group workshops for students;
- Planning and delivering information and celebration events for students and parents;
- Facilitating the in-person and online volunteer coaching team to deliver student coaching sessions. As well as delivering coaching sessions to students, where required;
- Developing business and charity partnerships for day trips;
- Planning and delivering the day trips included in the programme;
- Supporting the planning and delivery of the Into the Wild and World of Work day trips;
- Implementing discipline procedures, including reporting serious discipline issues;
- Implementing all necessary Health and Safety and Child Protection procedures, including recording and reporting any incidents;
- Ongoing communication with the school and Yes Futures head office regarding student engagement and progress.
Organisation and administration
- School onboarding, including ensuring that dates are planned, students are recruited and parental agreements are returned;
- Planning and organising the logistical elements of the programme (timetables, activities, sessions plans etc) through liaising with Yes Futures head office, school staff, businesses, charitable organisations and the rest of the Coaching team;
- Creation of Risk Assessments, parent letters and programme-related documents for schools;
- Sourcing materials needed for programme sessions, including lunches for trips;
- Assisting with finance and petty cash where required.
Management of volunteer Yes Futures Coaches
- Managing and developing the skills of your Coaching teams (usually 2-6 adults per school);
- Ongoing communication with your Coaching teams, to foster their enthusiasm and commitment;
- Supporting Coach recruitment for future programmes;
- Supporting the planning and delivery of training for Coaches;
- Maintaining accurate and secure records of Coaches’ personal information, absences, sickness and other relevant information.
Evaluation and reporting
- Facilitating the pre-, mid- and end of programme evaluations;
- Oversight and input of key student monitoring data and impact data;
- Debriefing and ongoing feedback collection from schools and Coaches;
- Ensure all work is carried out in an effective and timely manner to support continued high standards of the Yes Futures programmes.
Programme Managers will also be given the opportunity to support with other Head Office functions, including but not limited to:
- Strengthening our strategy, programme design and theory of change;
- Supporting the marketing of Yes Futures to new schools and customers;
- Developing our fundraising strategy through bid writing and other fundraising tasks;
- Establishing relationships with key partner organisations;
- Planning our future Ambassador offer and other pilot programmes.

About the role
As digital content officer, you’ll design, edit and optimise our web content to help our users feel empowered throughout their breast cancer experience.

Purpose of role
To manage the annual programme of the PPA psychoanalytic psychotherapy qualifying training and the Advanced Clinical Course. To promote and grow the trainings. To manage the budget and collect and report on performance management data. This job will be based at our gorgeous Bath Farm, which also acts as the charity’s HQ. The successful candidate will need to be at the Bath Farm at least two days a week. This role will involve regular travel in order to build connections with potential partners and to develop relationships with all of our farms. It will also involve attendance at conferences and events, to help raise our profile.
About Jamie’s Farm
Jamie’s Farm is a charity which helps young people to flourish at home, in education and in the community through an intensive weeklong immersion in rural life. During a busy residential stay, young people help us run large working livestock farms and tackle many challenging and unfamiliar jobs, designed to offer everyone an opportunity for achievement, thereby building their self-esteem and confidence. They live in a supportive family environment that encourages them to push themselves out of their comfort zone. Our therapeutic input makes use of individual and group sessions to allow children to reflect on their lives on the farm and back home, to draw out tangible strategies for improvements to be realised when they return home.
Our programme is shown to have long term positive impacts on the lives of the young people we support. At the end of their visit, 66% of all young people showed improved mental wellbeing. Six weeks after their visit, of those with concerning attendance, 67% were no longer of concern. Six months after their visit, of those previously at risk of permanent exclusion, 64% were no longer at risk. These dramatic changes are only possible through the combined efforts of the entire Jamie’s Farm team.
Partnerships Manager Role
Jamie’s Farm is quickly growing to help meet the increasing needs of young people from around the UK. The legacy of the pandemic, increasing mental health challenges and the cost-of-living crisis are all causing more children than ever to need the support of programmes like ours. Our existing farms are all full to capacity and booked many months ahead. As part of our strategic plan, we wish to grow our capacity and expand our geographical presence so that we can help more children, from more communities, during the second decade of Jamie’s Farm’s history.
The Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in the next phase of Jamie’s Farm’s growth. Our new farm in Skipton opened its doors to young people for day visits in April 2023 and is currently undergoing development as another residential farm. We have also just purchased a second farm near Bath, which is currently being developed. Combined, these two sites will allow us to work with another 80 partners and support almost 1,000 more young people every year.
The Partnerships Manager’s principal task will be finding and developing these new partnerships. This will involve building relationships with schools, local authorities, academy chains and other charities around the country, sharing the benefits of a Jamie’s Farm programme and supporting them to make a visit possible. The Partnerships Manager will also work closely with other members of the HQ team to develop and expand other earned income streams, all of which are used to directly subsidise our groups of visiting young people.

JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will managing and lead the effective high quality delivery of the Grief Encounter therapeutic services, including online services, through a team of Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, placement students and volunteers.
They will assist the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in implementing and developing the therapeutic element including intensive therapeutic support, projects, budgets and service planning. This will include:
- Leading, implementing and developing therapeutic projects and service planning.
- Managing Grief Encounter therapists, supervisors, volunteers and placement students.
- Conducting assessments with families, supporting practitioners with complex cases in liaison with supervisors and delivering training.
- Ensuring appropriate safeguarding policies and guidance are being adhered to across all services, responding to safeguarding concerns and ensuring practitioners understand their safeguarding responsibilities.
- Working with the Bereavement Support Team to ensure the efficient and appropriate management of referral pathways.

Working within the Commerce and Visitor Experience team and reporting to the Buying, Merchandising and E-Commerce Manager, the Senior Buyer will lead on the product development and sourcing of gifts and books for core, seasonal and exhibition product ranges, including bespoke products inspired by the collections, themes and exhibitions of Royal Museums Greenwich. They will ensure new product ranges meet spend, margin and income targets as well as reviewing the sales performance of all product ranges and their effectiveness. Collaboration with colleagues within the team and across the Museum is essential to defining the direction for exhibition and core ranges.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience of gift buying and range management, line management experience, proven product development skills, a flair for creativity and innovation, and a sound understanding of retail KPIs.
This is a full time, fixed term (maternity cover) role for the duration of 12 months in Band 5 - middle management and professional specialists. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with an additional hour to be worked as agreed upon with management. Due to the nature of the role, occasional flexibility may be required.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager will craft exciting, engaging digital and social media campaigns that deliver results for a range of audiences. The postholder will create and edit web pages using WordPress (no coding required) and deliver targeted paid-for advertising campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The new Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager will also act as marketing lead for Hand in Hand’s cause related marketing partners, including creating social content, drafting blogs and press releases, working closely with the fundraising team.
To be successful, you will have marketing experience either in an in-house, or agency role, with excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills. You will be a competent digital marketer, with experience using digital marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp or HubSpot), and design tools such as Canva. You will be an effective and thoughtful communicator, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and corporate donors. It is desirable, but not a necessity to have experience, or understanding of the charity sector, women’s rights, and/or International Development.

As a senior youth worker you will be part of the team at Carney’s community, involved in the running of the youth boxing sessions, youth club and bike workshop. The post will start before the lead youth worker is on maternity leave to allow you time to get to know the team, the young people and for effective handover when you will be given responsibility for overseeing the youth club and bike workshop sessions and work in partnership with the head coach to run the youth boxing sessions. You will also manage a small team of sessional youth workers.
