We're looking for a People & Wellbeing Executive to be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support and knowledge that facilitates the smooth running of the People department for all other team members. Key Responsibilities
As Interim Digital Fundraising Manager, you will:
· Lead the successful launch, optimisation and ongoing development of the Veterans’ Foundation website.
· Deliver digital fundraising campaigns that increase supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income.
· Design and implement automated supporter journeys using Salesforce and associated digital platforms.
· Develop and optimise digital donation journeys and fundraising products.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
· A proven track record of planning, delivering and optimising successful digital fundraising, digital marketing or supporter engagement campaigns that achieve measurable results.
· Successful delivery of digital projects involving websites, CRM systems and digital platforms, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timescales.
· Strong knowledge of digital fundraising, supporter journeys, email marketing, website management and social media, with the ability to use data, testing and insight to continually improve performance and supporter experience.
· Experience of working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and the ability to use data to support segmentation, reporting, campaign delivery and strategic decision-making.

Overview
Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.
North-East London (NEL) (Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest) Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. MNVPs ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the leadership of provider trusts and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) and Integrated Care Board. We are recruiting a Maternity Lead for Tower Hamlets, who brings the expertise of women/birthing people with lived experience of maternity services at Barts Health NHS Trust into the heart of the development of every aspect of maternity and neonatal services at the trust.
The role of Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) Lead is key to providing inclusive and collaborative leadership and ways of working, ensuring that all women and birthing people and their families’ views are heard and acted on. About the role
Your role will be the lead for governance and assurance across BABCP, supporting the Board, Committees and staff teams to ensure robust governance arrangements, effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will have significant experience of leading and managing governance and assurance functions within an organisation of similar scale, and be confident working with senior stakeholders, Boards and Committees.
You will need to be highly organised, able to build strong and effective working relationships, and capable of providing expert advice on governance, assurance, risk and regulatory matters.
Experience of working within a regulated environment, with knowledge of governance best practice and relevant legislation, would be an advantage.
We are looking for a candidate who can think strategically, solve complex problems, and work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen governance practices and support organisational objectives.

About the role
We're looking for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive National Customer Service Centre (NCSC) in Sunderland.
You'll be based just 600 metres from our PDSA Pet Hospital, working as part of a welcoming team of around 60 colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, supporters, volunteers and retail customers.
Our National Customer Service Centre has grown significantly over the last decade and now supports thousands of people every year through a wide variety of enquiries. It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment where every conversation helps make a difference.
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for many of the people who rely on PDSA. You'll provide a warm, professional and efficient service, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and supports our mission of keeping people and pets together when times are tough.
