We are looking for a committed, creative Membership Development Manager who exemplifies our three core principles: Connect, Collaborate and Change, to join our small but mighty team, leading membership development and driving our new strategy.

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 FTE

Location: Barking & Dagenham | Hours: 4-day week

You’ll be working in a small, dedicated team, leading on our membership development and the implementation of our new strategy. You’ll gain experience in building a community-focused, member-driven local infrastructure organisation with big ambitions.
