About the role:
Every young person deserves more than a roof over their head. They deserve a place where they feel safe, seen and able to imagine a future for themselves.
We are looking for two Deputy Team Managers to join our Ofsted Registered Young Person’s Accommodation Services, with one opportunity in Camden and one in Greenwich. Their experiences, ideas and ambitions should shape the support they receive and the way the service grows.

Through reflective practice, ongoing learning and development and hands on management experience, you will continue growing as a leader, with opportunities to progress across Single Homeless Project's (SHP) Young Person’s Services and the wider organisation.

About us:
We’re London’s leading homelessness charity – and we get things done.
In a city where hundreds are forced into homelessness every day, our work has never been more needed or more challenging. And we’re not shying away. We’re rolling up our sleeves to make change and helping over 10,000 Londoners every year. We prevent homelessness, provide safe places to live and give people the opportunity to rebuild their lives and transform their futures. And we never give up.
We’re here for Londoners wherever they are on their journey. We start with trust, building relationships that help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward.
