We're looking for a People & Wellbeing Executive to be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support and knowledge that facilitates the smooth running of the People department for all other team members. Sundial Centre for Education on Harmful Practices (“Sundial” previously called Oxford Against Cutting) delivers high quality education and training on harmful practices, such as female genital mutilation (FGM), ‘honour’-based abuse (HBA) and online harms. We offer safeguarding training for teams of professionals such as teachers, police and social workers. We also deliver lessons in schools, as well as workshops for community groups. We ensure people from FGM- and HBA- affected communities and young people are at the forefront of our work and our workshops are often delivered with facilitators with lived experience.

Sundial is a rights-based charity dedicated to ending harmful practices and abuse issues suffered by girls and women.
In addition to the around 40 young people we see every day out our centre, New Horizon provides the only youth-specific street outreach service to young people facing homelessness in London. We use our extensive housing expertise to place young people who are currently or at risk of rough sleeping into accommodation that is appropriate and safe, whilst encouraging them to access the day centre to benefit from the wide range of services we offer. This role will involve regular street outreach shifts (early mornings and late evenings) across London, aswell as supporting young people at the day centre. Main tasks and responsibilities
Young people services
Providing comprehensive support through 1-1 and small group work with young people sleeping rough. This will include:
Working within the Rough Sleeping team to ensure young people receive a high-quality service from the point of registration to move-on.
Carrying out at least two street-based outreach shifts each week (early morning and late evening required).
Carrying out housing assessments with young people and referring them into appropriate accommodation.
Managing a transitional case load of young people and helping them move forward and access appropriate services.
Working in partnership with the Outreach Team and other external teams, such as commissioned street outreach services, mental health, and substance misuse services.
Providing expert coaching and guidance to young people and monitoring and evaluating their progress.
Continued use of feedback and showing a commitment to a service that is sensitive and responsive to young people’s needs, including:
· Completing registrations, outcomes assessments, risk assessments and action plans with young people.
· Ensuring that all relevant work is recorded on the New Horizon database system and Chain database.
· Ensuring risk management and assessment procedures are followed.
Delivering advocacy and referrals to appropriate services, including making internal referrals
Contributing to the management and development of the team and day centre, including attending daily handovers, ensuring that Health and Safety issues are addressed at all times, attending Reflective Practice and team meetings.
Taking a hands-on approach to working with young people
Participating in the training and supervision of new staff, volunteers, students and locum workers and actively promoting a learning and development environment.

Producing written reports in a variety of formats to meet the requirements of New Horizon, external service providers and funders, e.g., project reviews and assessment reports.
Inputting and extracting information from client monitoring systems other accounting and database systems. Utilising other relevant software for the production of correspondence and reports.

Reviewing personal and professional development needs

About the role
The Senior Individual Giving Executive (Digital Acquisition) will play a key part in the delivery of the Individual Giving programme, producing sector-leading comms and campaigns to recruit and retain supporters. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering our portfolio of mass participation and challenge events, ensuring excellent supporter experiences and sustainable income growth.
The role will lead on recruiting and supporting event participants across a mixed portfolio (including guaranteed places, third-party event and challenge providers, international challenge events and CCLG-owned events such as our Big Hike. You’ll also take a pro-active role in growing CCLG’s own events programme, identifying, testing and helping to scale new opportunities, while maintaining strong reporting, compliance and supporter care.

Respond is looking for a compassionate and skilled Specialist Child and Young Person Advocate to join an innovative partnership delivering a new Child Sexual Abuse Support Hub.
Working alongside SurvivorsUK and other specialist organisations, you will provide trauma-informed advocacy and emotional support to boys, girls and non-binary children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse.

About the role
You will:
Hold a caseload of children and young people requiring specialist advocacy and support.
Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
Support children and young people to access health, education, social care, therapeutic and criminal justice services where appropriate.
Work collaboratively with families, carers and professionals while ensuring the wishes and rights of the young person remain central.
Contribute to safeguarding, risk management and multidisciplinary working across the partnership.
Help improve access to services for children and young people who experience additional barriers, including disabled children and young people and those from under-represented communities.
Please note this is not a court advocacy or Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) role. Where ongoing ISVA or court support is required, you will work closely with partner organisations to ensure children and young people receive the right support at the right time.
