What the job involves
As a Marketing Delivery Officer within the Integrated Marketing and Media team, you’ll play a central role in bringing communications plans to life. Working closely with colleagues across the Communications Directorate, you’ll coordinate the delivery of content and channel activity so priority communications land effectively and on time.
You’ll oversee delivery across a wide range of channels, coordinating content outlined in communications plans and delivering against priorities set by Communications Business Partners and Product Owners. A big part of the role involves working with delivery teams to understand their lead times, briefing needs and how to get the best outcomes from collaborative working. You’ll work on projects with teams across the charity, including sector-leading virtual fundraising challenge products, sporting events such as London Marathon, in-person events like March for Men, projects to promote our support services, Corporate Partnerships and much more. You’ll also liaise with our external media agency to support the delivery of content for paid media campaigns.
As part of cross-functional product teams, you’ll stay close to evolving priorities and take ownership of the production and delivery of communications activity. This includes copywriting, editing and reviewing content, developing creative briefs and overseeing delivery of the communications plan. You’ll coordinate asset requests, organise briefings and channel planning sessions, and help connect product teams with delivery teams so everyone is aligned and working efficiently. You’ll get to work with teams across the organisation and get to see first-hand the work we’re doing to give men the power to navigate prostate cancer.
What we want from you
You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to calmly balance planned and reactive work while keeping a solutions‑focused mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable translating complex or technical information into clear, engaging content for general audiences, and skilled at building trusted relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
You’ll bring experience of copywriting for different channels, along with copy editing and reviewing skills, and have a solid grounding in creative content production, creative briefing and ideation. Practical experience using tools such as Canva will be important, as will project management expertise and familiarity with collaboration tools like Trello or Monday.
Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to quickly digest complex information and respond effectively, even when working to tight deadlines. What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Coordinator to join our Events and Community Team. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:

You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.
Family day activities bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. Coordinators develop and facilitate activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.
Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Full and part-time positions available, and coordinators are required to work most Saturdays. In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed. Activities are delivered across Kent, so some travel is required.

As Fundraising Lead- North & North Wales, you will lead Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising across your region, developing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, senior business leaders and corporate partners.
You will manage Centre Fundraising Managers, and support them on planning and prioritisation, work with Fundraising Boards as appropriate, and share best practice across Maggie’s. You will also help develop new fundraising opportunities.
This role requires a confident and collaborative leader who can coach teams, manage multiple stakeholders, work independently across a large region, representing Maggie’s with clarity and credibility.
There are four fundraising leads covering Scotland, North and North Wales, Midlands and South Wales and South. This role will work closely with the following centres: Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, Manchester, Oldham, The Wirral, North Wales, (Liverpool – not yet open).

About You

They will have knowledge of developing social media content and producing branded publicity materials, as well as strong organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The role requires confidence with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and CRM databases, with experience of Salesforce and creative design tools such as Canva being desirable. A strong understanding of, and commitment to, equity, diversity and inclusion, particularly within the context of the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector, is essential. The Shakespeare Hospice is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Fundraising Assistant to join our Income Generation team and play a central role in supporting the Hospice’s fundraising activity.
This role is the first point of contact for many of our supporters, helping to ensure every interaction with the Hospice is positive, responsive and meaningful. You will act as a key coordination point across the fundraising team, supporting campaigns, community fundraising, events and supporter communications.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help to ensure that fundraising activity runs smoothly and that opportunities to engage and thank supporters are maximised. This role is pivotal in ensuring that supporters feel valued and connected to the Hospice, helping to turn initial engagement into long-term relationships.
You will be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent supporter care. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in fundraising, events, customer engagement or supporter care would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
