Regenerate is 100% self-funded through fundraising endeavours, and so as Grants Manager you will be an integral part of our operations. Regenerate is a youth charity established to work with young people who live on housing estates in Roehampton and Putney and the surrounding areas.

The Grants Manager position requires someone with an attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. It requires an ability to think creatively and efficiently deliver applications and reports, keeping to strict deadlines. In addition, you may be required to support our other areas of fundraising.

To do this, you must be able to understand the impact of Regenerate’s work and creatively demonstrate its worth to a variety of current and potential stakeholders. You must also be able to accurately keep records and ensure data on applications, reports and other fundraising sources is well managed. Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centered support, provide training for the third sector and statutory professionals, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience. Our training and partnership work seeks to equip professionals to understand the sex industry, particularly survival sex, and to support them to engage with women selling sex in a trauma-informed way.

What the job involves

As part of our Customer Engagement and Experience team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience, from ordering shop items and receiving fulfilment materials to ensuring Gift Aid contributions are processed accurately and securely.

This job share role combines operational ownership, relationship management and compliance oversight. You’ll be trusted to run essential day-to-day activity and improve the systems that sit behind them.

You’ll build and manage strong relationships with fulfilment suppliers, holding them accountable to KPIs and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll also manage the day-to-day running of our online shop, including product development, stock forecasting, supplier coordination and performance monitoring.

You’ll keep fulfilment operations running efficiently by identifying improvements, resolving bottlenecks and making sure teams across the charity have what they need. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of Gift Aid administration, ensuring claims are accurate, compliant with HMRC requirements and supported by clear audit trails.

By monitoring Gift Aid performance, you’ll analyse trends and recommend improvements, keeping internal teams informed and skilled in best practice. You’ll also support Fundraising teams with compliance checks, offering guidance and helping to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

In addition, you’ll oversee monthly stock reconciliations and financial reporting for shop activity, ensuring accuracy and supporting informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with colleagues across digital, operations, marketing and customer experience to deliver a seamless, joined-up supporter journey.

This is a varied and meaningful role where your work directly improves how supporters experience Prostate Cancer UK.

This is an exciting time to join Hospice UK!  We are growing significantly as a charity and our brand awareness and profile has never been higher. 

You will have already proven you can raise significant funds from trusts and foundations and are now looking to develop your skillset and deepen your experience in an exciting new role. This is a great opportunity if you are ambitious and have the passion to excel. Hybrid working is part of the deal too, so you will be looking to work between time in the office and home.

As our Senior Philanthropy Manager we see you maximising the capacity of our well-established portfolio of warm trusts and foundations of all sizes via bespoke proposals and relationship management. You’ll also be developing exciting new business opportunities as we continue to grow our ambitious but achievable targets, with major income already pledged for future years. 

You will have the chance to work with large funders like the National Lottery, Wolfson Foundation, Masonic Charitable Foundation and others. You’ll be writing complex applications to secure new, multi-year income for interesting and fundable projects, as well as growing our pipeline of unrestricted income for the charity.

You will also be supporting the Head of Philanthropy and Philanthropy Manager (major donors) as well as line-managing the Philanthropy Assistant.

With success in cultivating new relationships, as well as managing existing donors, you will have the drive to succeed as a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll already have great database and prospect research skills, and pride yourself on your organisation and attention to detail. 

You will be able to quickly form relationships with internal and external partners, and act as a representative for Hospice UK. You will have a track record of generating income and hitting your targets through high quality applications and excellent reporting and account management.

Operations Director

Salary: FTE £52,000 (£41,600 pro-rata with salary review due in May)

Your strategic leadership and operational brief will span central functions of; Finance, Human Resources, Digital Communications, Risk and Compliance.

A pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, you will ensure that operations run smoothly and effectively, aligning systems and processes with strategic goals and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

You will play an integral role with the CEO, Board of Trustees, partners, and colleagues bringing the vision to life, driving forward strategic priorities, and fostering a working culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

What you will bring

• Significant experience in a senior operations or leadership role working across multiple disciplines
• Experience in several of the operational areas listed, with a proven ability to apply best practise solutions and to quickly pick up new skills
• Able to lead multiple operational functions, to prioritise, make best use of resources, and ensure they are aligned with our mission and strategic priorities. Experience managing outsourced functions, an advantage.
• Rigorous problem solver and accomplished in data-driven decision-making, evidence and insight based to drive innovation, and operational excellence.
• Track record of embedding organisational change and able to inspire, influence, and bring others on the journey
• Proven ability to identify improvements in organisational systems and processes, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and impact

Scope of role

The Debt Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive, face-to-face debt advice to over-indebted Londoners, tailored to their specific circumstances. This role involves conducting detailed interviews to understand clients’ financial problems, researching options, and helping clients make informed decisions. The advisor ensures income maximisation and provides ongoing casework support, acting on behalf of clients where necessary. Maintaining up-to-date case records and staying informed about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures are crucial aspects of the role. The Debt Advisor is also expected to complete continuous professional development and contribute to the team’s overall objectives by meeting targets, prioritising workloads, and demonstrating financial efficiency.

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (the Trust) is looking for a part-time (0.7 FTE) Head of Outreach.

Our vision is for a world where bumblebees are thriving and valued by everyone.

This role will:

• Lead on the development and implementation of an Outreach Strategy that inspires people and organisations, including policy makers, to take action for bumblebees. (Aim 2 of the Trust’s strategy)
• Lead on behaviour change impact reporting, ensuring data collection methods and tools are fit for purpose, and staff and volunteers have the necessary training and support to confidently report on the impact of face-to-face outreach activities.
• Lead on project development activities and work with the fundraising team to generate income to fund the sustainable growth of the Trust’s outreach activities across the UK.

You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver with experience in managing change and leading and motivating staff and volunteers. You will have a proven track record in securing grant funding and building strong partnerships with third party organisations, as well as experience in monitoring and evaluating the impact of public engagement and volunteering activities, including social and wellbeing impacts and behaviour change.

This is a part-time post for 24 hours per week.  Some overtime work may be required and a flexitime system is in place.

This post will be employed on a permanent basis and can be based at the Trust’s office in Stirling, home-based, or hybrid between the Trust’s office in Stirling and home-working.
