• Lead the major fundraising and event campaigns, working alongside stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet income targets
• Engagement and collaboration with network partners nationwide to support their marketing needs, with communications and toolkits
• In collaboration with the Head of Volunteering, advise and deliver activities that support the acquisition, engagement and retention of volunteers
• Creation of clear briefs that support the management of external creative agencies and/or inhouse designers, to ensure assets and materials are compelling and on brand
• Work hand in hand with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to create cohesive marketing plans that deliver results through applied learnings
• Measure and report on campaign performance using analytic tools and processes that provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation of marketing activity
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment
