More about the role:As Partnerships Manager you will manage bookings from new and existing school partners, working to ensure our farms are fully booked with the young people who need us most. You will take a lead in recruiting partners for our newer farms in Skipton and Lower Shockerwick, as well as for specific projects including work with schools in Westminster, Ealing, and with groups of asylum-seeking young people. Working alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will develop relationships with academy chains, local authorities and other charities, and represent the charity at conferences and events to grow awareness of our work.

You will own and grow our monthly donor programme, developing email journeys, digital content and supporter pathways that build a sustainable income stream. Alongside this, you will lead the creation of high-quality fundraising communications - from donor updates and impact stories to campaign collateral and web content - ensuring all storytelling is ethical, warm and true to who we are.

Introduction
the3million is the largest grassroots organisation for EU citizens* in the UK, formed after the 2016 referendum to protect the rights of people who have made the UK their home.
Our work ranges from organising EU citizens’ communities and informing people about their rights, to holding the Government to account on the implementation of the Withdrawal Agreement and advocating for social justice.
We are looking for an experienced, values-driven and thoughtful Communications Manager to help shape and strengthen the3million’s public voice. The role focuses on sharing our work as widely and effectively as possible, through social media, supporter communications and news media. You will act as a spokesperson for the3million, write and develop communications materials, and help grow our supporters and donors base through lived-experience focused communications.
The ideal candidate is a passionate communicator, motivated by social justice and passionate about amplifying the voices of EU citizens and other migrant communities. You are as comfortable shaping strategy as you are delivering high-quality content, and you are committed to challenging injustice and influencing decision-makers.

Self-employed part-time Communications Specialist vacancy – for regional group of a
national environmental campaigning charity (Hybrid)
CPRE North and East Yorkshire (CPRENEY) is a long-established charity working to protect, promote and enhance the countryside. We cover a huge area (6,900+ square miles!) from the River Tees in the north to Goole, south of the River Humber and west from the Yorkshire Dales to the East Yorkshire coast. Our region comprises diverse landscapes and communities and includes some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK including the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks. Leveraging our land use and planning expertise, we respond to Local Plan consultations and provide support to members of the public and community groups to help shape development in ways that enrich the countryside and respond positively to the double threats of climate change and biodiversity loss.
Right now, we are looking for an experienced individual to fill a new freelance role focused on creating content and managing all the charity’s external communications, with a particular focus on strengthening engagement with current and potential members/supporters. Communications Assistant
The Communications Assistant will provide hands-on support to the Communications Manager in the ideation, creation and delivery of our regular external communications. This includes helping to grow our social media following, creating and scheduling content, sourcing and designing images, providing copywriting support, and responding to comments across our channels. The role will also involve drafting and scheduling newsletters and providing administrative support with our databases.
This is a 15‑hour‑per‑week role, with the potential to grow in the future. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can spread their hours across the week to support consistent content delivery, but we are open to discussing alternative working patterns for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have experience in a communications, marketing or social media role. They will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have basic video editing and/or animation skills. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different channels are essential, as is confidence using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
We are a busy remote team, and this role offers plenty of scope to work autonomously and flexibly. You’ll gain experience across a wide range of areas and develop your skills in a supportive, hands‑on environment, with opportunities to contribute to the creative direction of our communications.
