We’re looking for a Strategic Legacy Marketing Manager to lead our team of legacy marketing specialists. This is a new role leading an established team that is key to building our long-term legacy income. It is responsible for developing and expanding our multi-channel legacy pledger recruitment programme, enhancing and growing our legacy engagement & conversion journeys and growing our In Memory giving initiatives, including our Launch a Memory offering.
Your role
As the Strategic Legacy Marketing Manager, you’ll be focused on:
- Driving innovation and development of the wider legacy strategy as part of the legacy leadership team.
- Leading a team responsible for all aspects of our marketing acquisition, conversion and engagement programmes for Legacy & In Memory giving.
- Collaboration and coordination with fundraising stakeholders across the organisation to deliver the legacy strategy in support of the wider fundraising strategy.
- Identifying and growing talent within your team.
About you
You’ll be passionate about fundraising and understand the importance of delivering donor-centric marketing programmes that support business goals and outcomes.
More specifically, you’ll need:
- Proven track record and extensive experience in developing a donor-centric marketing strategy and overseeing its successful delivery. Ideally, this will be in legacy and/or In Memory giving and include experience in creating large-scale multi-channel paid media programmes.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams and building cultures that bring out the best in individuals. A confident people manager with experience of coaching and supporting others to develop and achieve results.
- A great communicator with extensive experience of effectively engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels in a business.
- A strategic thinker who looks and plans ahead, with the ability to identify appropriate change and to deliver it while keeping their team and all stakeholders engaged.
- Demonstrable ability to use and understand trends and insights to positively influence the development and delivery of activities.
- Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and a passion to deliver the best possible results for our supporters and our charity.

Are you a creative Marketing Officer with a passion for digital communication and engagement?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our digital strategy, with responsibility for implementing our social media strategy to help the CoSRH meet its business objectives.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Officer to join our small but dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage our digital communications to members and prospective members, working alongside the Digital Team.
You will be responsible for creating original copy and multimedia content, managing our email newsletters, and paid and organic digital communications. You will manage our social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) and ensure activities are aligned to our campaign and brand goals. You will focus on tailoring our communications for our range of audiences – from doctors and nurses, to midwives, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. You will ensure our brand identity is applied in a consistent and cohesive way. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to express our messages and values accurately and creatively.
You will have experience of working with a content planner, and you’ll be able to work across teams to create and deliver communications solutions to support the achievement of their strategic objectives. This includes our suite of qualifications, courses and assessments, our dedicated events programme, and the advocacy work of our External Affairs team.

This role is offered on a full-time, 12month fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

About the role
We’re looking for a senior manager, brand marketing to join our team at an exciting time of growth for Breast Cancer Now. As part of our new 2025-2030 organizational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer. To achieve this, we’ve secured significant investment in our brand marketing program and this role will play a key role in making those ambitions a reality.
The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program. This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners. This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.
The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
About you
This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires a passion for and proven expertise in managing a brand marketing programme, including delivering multi-channel campaigns.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the charity, and with external agencies to support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns. As such, you'll possess strong communication skills and be adept at building positive working relationships with people at all levels. About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of strong marcomms campaigns and content creation that help meet programme targets, raise the profile of our work and drive increased targeted engagement with our programmes and services.
Your main focus will be on programmes to engage our schools audiences, including teachers, careers leaders and young people. You will also drive engagement with organisations that run STEM outreach activities to help make all schools outreach more impactful.
In your role you will manage recruitment campaigns and marcomms for EUK Education (our schools-facing brand) and associated programmes such as Big Bang. You will also manage social channels, web editing and some design elements, as well as supporting on wider marketing communications to our corporate audiences.
