Mission Without Borders (MWB) is a Christian charity supporting over 10,000 children and 2,000 families living in poverty across Eastern Europe. We’re looking for an Individual Giving Manager (9-month maternity cover) to achieve BMS’ fundraising strategy and goals by stimulating new and repeat donations from individual givers and leading creative innovative fundraising campaigns. You will also lead a small team of two Individual Giving Officers (one full-time and one part-time).
The successful candidate will be a fundraiser with a track record of meeting ambitious fundraising targets. You will develop and deliver an individual giving strategy and employ a range of retention and acquisition techniques. We’re seeking a passionate Video and Photo Content Producer to help us tell powerful stories that inspire and engage. In this dynamic role, you’ll capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and photography that showcases our mission and connects with audiences across digital platforms and within churches. Working within our Fundraising and Communications department and liaising closely with our Department for World Mission, you’ll craft compelling narratives that show the impact of our work around the world to UK supporters. You'll ensure we represent the dignity of the people we work with and tell their stories with accuracy and care.

The role will lead and manage communications across Mission 44’s brand and corporate partnerships, acting as the primary contact and fostering long-term, trusted relationships. BRAND & FUNDRAISING COMMUNICATIONS (70%)
- Manage communications across Mission 44’s portfolio of brand and corporate partners, serving as the primary contact.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with partners to strengthen engagement and impact.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations.
Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. You’ll be a Salesforce product champion - triaging support tickets, delivering configuration changes, supporting testing, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

About you
You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch. What your role will involve

● To be responsible for the management of the parish’s resources of people, buildings, IT, and finances. Developing effective, efficient, and flexible administrative processes, and robust and appropriate structures for leadership, management, and governance (including statutory compliance).
As a leadership role within a Church of England parish, there is an occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a Christian and enthusiastic about the vision and values of St Barnabas with Christ’s Chapel.

We are looking for a successful Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager with a proven track record in face-to-face major donor fundraising, or an individual with outstanding transferable skills and experience of working within the charity sector. The individual must thrive on building trusted relationships and be confident in securing significant philanthropic gifts by successfully securing complex, high-value partnerships over the line.

Purpose
The Philanthropy Manager will create and drive The Hunslet Club’s fundraising strategy by cultivating and securing significant philanthropic support a new capital project to expand opportunities for young people across South Leeds. This role is central to building meaningful, long-term relationships with individual donors, trusts, foundations and partners, translating their passion for youth development into transformational investments that strengthen programmes, increase participation and create sustainable impact. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with confident stewardship, ensuring that funding growth aligns with The Hunslet Club’s mission to help young people achieve their full potential.
Duties and responsibilities
The Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager will work on a full-time basis, or part-time on a pro-rata basis. The primary responsibility of the role is to secure £700,000 and above in philanthropic income over a 18 month period. This will be achieved through identifying, researching and cultivating individual donors, corporate supporters, trusts, foundations and strategic partners, using research tools and publicly available information to build and manage a strong portfolio of prospects, particularly those with an interest in supporting young people and communities.
To be successful, the postholder will develop an excellent understanding of The Hunslet Club, its mission and its inspirational youth and community work, and will help to develop and articulate a compelling case for support. The role will involve achieving a clearly defined set of Key Performance Indicators, providing high-quality stewardship to maximise donor retention, and maintaining, developing and leveraging existing relationships with current supporters. The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including Executive/Senior Leadership and Trustees, to ensure effective involvement in fundraising activity where appropriate.
The successful candidate will organise suitable events and cultivation opportunities to build long-term relationships with potential supporters. Attendance at events, meetings and conferences will be required, with support from Executive/Senior Leadership and Trustees.
The successful candidate will also be expected to volunteer at a minimum of three cross-club community events per year and to carry out other reasonable duties as requested by the Executive Leadership Team.
