The role

As a Community Fundraiser, you will be the face of St Richard’s Hospice in the community, you will help our wonderful fundraisers and inspiring new supporters to raise money for the charity, always ensuring they receive the best possible supporter experience. You will be part of the wider Income Generation team, contributing to our shared goals and income targets.

A key part of the role will be to deliver fundraising with strong financial impact: achieving a 3:1 return on investment within two years, ensuring activities are cost-efficient, effective, and sustainable.

Flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working as well as the ability to travel locally to events, meetings or fundraising activities. This role is based at the Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester.

The role will also include;

• Build and nurture relationships with local fundraisers, community groups, schools, faith groups and local organisations.
• Plan and deliver fundraising activities with clear financial targets and measurable impact.
• Represent the hospice at local events, cheque presentations and talks, sharing the difference our supporters make.
• Set, monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics, particularly the goal of delivering a 3:1 return on investment for this role over two years.
• Recruit, train and support volunteer fundraisers and community ambassadors.
• Ensure all fundraising is carried out ethically and in line with regulations.

About you

You will bring;

• Experience in fundraising, community engagement, or volunteer coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, confidence speaking to community groups and schools
• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A compassionate, people-focused attitude — especially when working with those fundraising in memory of loved ones.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel across Worcestershire.

Although not compulsory, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within the charity sector, delivering income generating activities, with knowledge and awareness of the fundraising regulations and codes of practice.

Power 2 - Wolverhampton City Council Key Worker Service 

Barnardo's is looking to fill a full time Project Worker 2 post, for 37 hours per week.

Work base: - Graiseley Family Hub, Pool Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 4NE.

 

The primary aims of the team are to work with 11-25yr olds to help them to exert more positive control over their lives and to live safely as they progress towards adulthood.  The team is a multi-disciplinary team with a diverse skill set.

You will work with young people who are at risk of gang exploitation; child sexual exploitation; substance misuse; criminal or anti-social behaviour; those who have been excluded from school or violent towards other people in the home, or those who have been subject to missing episodes.

 

The project aims to make a positive contribution to the Council's wider aims by helping to minimise and manage the risks posed by young people engaging in activities related to drugs, alcohol, child sexual exploitation, criminal behaviour, gangs, radicalisation, and to prevent young people from coming into care, by supporting them to live safely with their families.

 

The worker will be co-located within Wolverhampton Children's Services as a key worker within a multi-disciplinary team. There are a team of 5 key workers currently, including a further 2 Barnardos Project workers. They will use WCC systems (recording, policy, management) alongside employment and line management support from Barnardo's.

The Role

As part of our mission, FareShare Midlands is delighted to be able to deliver our I-Can employability programme as part of Birmingham City Council’s PURE project. The PURE Project is funded by the government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The programme will provide a range of wellbeing, training and employment support to vulnerable residents of Birmingham in order to improve their lives and move them closer to the jobs market.

Main duties include

• Attend outreach events to promote the I-Can programme
• Respond to new referrals in a timely and professional manner
• Manage registration appointments
• Register new participants in line with contractual and audit purposes

• Establish suitable outputs and outcomes for participants based on individual needs
• Allocate participants to appropriate Employability Coach

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the Finance department and provide a first-class management accounting service across the Museum.

The Museum is undergoing an extraordinary transformation, as part of its long-term Masterplan. We have built a new state-of-the-art collection research centre near Reading, begun construction of a new Energy Centre, and appointed world-renowned architect Lina Ghotmeh to rejuvenate and redevelop our Western Range - accounting for over a third of our galleries.

This Management Accountant role will have a particular focus on the Masterplan's capital programme, and particularly the Energy Centre. The Energy Centre is an essential part of our journey to a net-zero carbon future. It introduces a modern, site-wide upgrade to our primary heating and electrical infrastructure.

This role will work very closely with the Estates and Capital Projects team preparing timely and accurate management accounts, analysis and forecasts for the capital programme, helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, such as preparing material for our consolidated financial statements and liaising with internal and external auditors, partnering with departments to deliver projects, and contributing to the Museum-wide budgeting process.

Key areas of responsibility

• Working with the management accountants and accounts processing team to provide best practice accounting, processing and reporting services to all Museum staff.
• Preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
• Preparation of material for the consolidated financial statements and liaise with the auditors.

The Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and welcoming operation of Women for Refugee Women’s (WRW) office and organisational infrastructure. This is a cross-cutting role that underpins the charity’s day-to-day operations and contributes to a positive and inclusive working culture. 

This permanent, full-time role, to which the Circuit has made an initial five-year commitment, is Circuit-wide, but locally based. The person appointed will help lead the development of a Circuit-led New Places for New People (NPNP) initiative for and with young people within the Circuit, which we anticipate will lead to the upscaling of this area of ministry in the medium term.

 We are seeking a collaborative self-starter who is able to work in strategically missional ways in order to reach and disciple young people, in enabling them to flourish in every part of their lives. You are likely to hold a degree-level qualification in Theology, or a subject related to this area of ministry. Ideally, this might be a professionally-qualifying JNC award. About The Role

The Unity Project (TUP) supports people who are facing poverty and homelessness because their immigration status allows them ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF).  We believe NRPF should not exist and we are working to end it. Until then, we seek to minimise its impact by supporting people to make the ‘change of conditions’ (CoC) application to access public funds. However, as the number of people living under NRPF continues to grow, we know we will never be able to meet the need for CoCs. Ensuring that our knowledge and experience is shared - with advisors, support services, community groups and individuals who could make applications themselves - is vital. Raising awareness of our work also supports our income diversification strategy by building corporate partnerships and individual donations.

In this role, you will be leading The Unity Project’s outreach and communications work in order to increase awareness of the Change of Conditions process and the support The Unity Project can offer to individuals and organisations.  Your first priorities will include mapping CoC provision across the country; working with the Director to design and implement a communications strategy to engage applicants, advice organisations, corporate partners and donors; and creating a suite of CoC resources to share online. About this exciting opportunity

Our successful candidate will provide operational management and effective leadership to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs) and Peer Advisor volunteers employed in the delivery of one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales.

We will count on you to set performance objectives and monitor progress – ensuring compliance with contractual performance indicators and quality improvement, and to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering specialist psychological reports for key stakeholders and professionals within the wider network.
• Using applied psychology to co-create strategies that remove barriers to learning for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and needs analyses to ensure tailored, effective support.
• Collaborating in our Trust-wide Clinical MDT, contributing to supervision, and engaging in quarterly learning spaces.
• Supporting and mentoring Assistant Psychologists, and helping shape training placements for future Educational Psychologists.
• Delivering inspiring training programmes within the Trust and to external partners.
• Upholding the highest professional standards (BPS and HCPC) and committing to ongoing professional development.
• Helping raise the profile of our Therapy and Specialist Support Services through learning papers and wider professional engagement.

About You

You’re a confident, compassionate professional who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You’ll bring:

• A Doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Significant post-qualification experience supporting children and young people in educational settings.
• Expertise working with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and mental health challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of current educational systems and SEND frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, carers, and professionals.

Head of Programme Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Programme Management to lead the delivery of two flagship initiatives, Inside Job and Choirs Beating Time. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery across prisons and the community.

You will be based in Birmingham or London. Expensed travel will be part of the role to attend our prisons, for partner meetings and organisational collaboration. It’s essential you can drive, and you have access to a car. We also have a long-standing partnership based in Newcastle.

Working closely with the CEO and COO, you’ll help shape operational strategy, refine delivery processes, and scale the impact of our peer-led employment and music-based rehabilitation programmes. This is a leadership role at the heart of an innovative, mission-driven organisation committed to supporting people leaving prison into meaningful work and purposeful lives.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to obtain security clearance from the Ministry of Justice to work within prisons. This clearance enables team members to have key access and carry out their duties safely and effectively.

The ability to obtain security clearance will form part of the recruitment process. We welcome applications from people with lived experience and will provide guidance on the clearance process if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of Inside Job and Choirs Beating Time, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Design, embed, and continuously improve delivery frameworks, operational processes, and quality assurance systems.

• Lead, mentor, and support Community Consultants to achieve excellence in delivery and participant outcomes.

• Inside Job is the UK’s first peer-led employment initiative supporting people leaving prison into sustainable work. The programme empowers those with lived experience of the justice system to support others, reducing reoffending and creating meaningful opportunities.
• Choirs Beating Time uses music to build confidence, connection, and hope in prison and beyond. Through creativity and collaboration, it helps participants develop transferable skills and a renewed sense of purpose.

The Senior Videographer & Video Editor will lead the creation and management of engaging video content across multiple channels, including social media, fundraising campaigns, and branded content. This role requires strong storytelling, production, and editing skills to develop impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.

About the Role:

1. Shape and oversee the visual tone and identity of Muslim Aid’s video output.
2. Work closely with senior management, fundraising, and programme teams to identify stories, campaigns, and opportunities for impactful video.
3. Storyboard and record video content including needs assessments, thematical impact stories, staff/donor deployments, and fundraising challenges.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams to develop video strategies aligned with business goals.
5. Support the day-to-day running of the video editing team, providing mentoring and technical guidance.
6. Ensure all content is high-quality, audience-appropriate, and delivered at pace.

About You:

You must currently hold the right to work in the UK. Muslim Aid is not offering sponsorship for this role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, ideally in a marketing or non-profit environment.
2. Experience managing or mentoring junior editors or freelancers.
3. Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially social media, and how to optimise video for each.
4. Strong skills in video production, editing, and storytelling.
5. Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
