As a Social Entrepreneur Support Manager, you will be focused on delivering the best possible support to social entrepreneurs and their venture to help them maximise their social impact. This role will lead on finding, funding and supporting social entrepreneurs to offer them the best chance of success, from start up to scale. This role will be working with a diverse range of Social Entrepreneurs, both in terms of their lived experience, and the stage of their venture.
You will be responsible for working with a portfolio of social entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey, from ideation through to growth and scale. The portfolio of social entrepreneurs you will be supporting may vary dependent upon the team you sit within. You may be focused on early-stage or growth stage ventures as needed, offering more flexibility, variety, and skill development opportunities. You will be responsible for the delivery of a package of support that provides the social entrepreneur with awards (grants), Individual and business support, access to peer-to-peer support and to networks.
In the respective teams you will also play an important role in deepening our capability and expertise when it comes to supporting social entrepreneurs during these different stages, building Pathways to Growth. You may also support the design, development and delivery of externally funded programmes or work with thematically/geographically linked social entrepreneurs as appropriate. Increasing UnLtd’s visibility and positive reputation in the development of local networks and connections to enable us to deliver on our strategic goals and driving peer to peer engagements locally and online, nationally.

The GAMH Research, Policy and Advocacy Officer is a new post that will play a central role in advancing GAMH’s global policy and advocacy agenda, helping to strengthen and elevate the focus on the health and wellbeing of men within national, regional and global policy environments. The postholder will design and deliver policy advocacy initiatives, generate high-quality research, write reports and publications, support project coordination, engage stakeholders and partners, and support communications to influence decision-makers aimed at improving health and wellbeing outcomes for men and boys within a gender equality framework. The position will work across all GAMH workstreams, with a particular focus on men’s health in Europe, prostate cancer and human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination programmes.

Church Action on Poverty is a small, national charity working alongside people in poverty to build dignity, agency and power, and to end poverty in the UK. We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly finance team and help keep our organisation running smoothly.
You'll maintain accurate financial records, support colleagues across the country with day-to-day finance queries, and help our Finance Manager keep our systems and processes in good shape. It's a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a movement working to end poverty.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the continuous improvement of lead nurture processes, including events, networks, referrals and targeted outreach, aligned to the go-to-market strategy.

The Society is looking for a new member of staff to develop, manage and coordinate the Make Your Mark in Volunteering Campaign. The Campaign Coordinator will provide project management and delivery of campaign events, training, communications, audience development, partner engagement and evaluation. They will liaise with and support the Make Your Mark Working Group, the wider Make Your Mark membership, community groups and external partners to ensure the implementation of inclusive volunteer programmes.
The Make Your Mark in Volunteering Campaign, is hosted by the Society and supported by the Make Your Mark Working Group.
Role: Make Your Mark Campaign Coordinator – 37 hours per week, fixed term to 31 March 2029, with extension pending further funding
Salary: £35,400 per annum
Pension: 10% pension contribution by the employer
Hours: 37 hours (five days) per week with flexible daytime working hours Monday to Friday, occasional evening and weekend work required with time off in lieu (TOIL) provided
Location: Hybrid at-home and in-person working based at the Society’s office at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh, with some time in partner organisation offices, particularly Volunteer Scotland in Stirling. However, as there are several flights of stairs up to the Society offices, we are happy to explore different ways of working.
Reports to: Make Your Mark Working Group; project managed by Sarah Pearce, Heritage Network; line managed by Jeff Sanders, Society of Antiquaries of Scotland; oversight group comprising Sarah, Jeff and Joanna Todd, Historic Environment Scotland
Probation: Nine-month probationary period during which time your skills and suitability for the post will be assessed

You’ll work with our corporate and community fundraiser to raise income through corporate partnerships and community fundraising. We expect that trusts and foundations funding will form a large part of this role and this includes securing larger and multi year grants.
Bags of Taste is a small and ambitious charity and you’ll be an integral part of our growth and be able to make this your own role. Working closely with our CEO and being part of the management team, you’ll be involved in organisation wide decision making and strategy.
We’re looking for someone with a track record in fundraising and income generation within the charity sector, who shares our commitment to empowering local people and creating happier and healthier communities for life.

Role Overview
The Charity Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities for Holly’s Hearts to ensure the services, and internal processes run efficiently and effectively. This role supports the charity’s strategic goals by managing systems, coordinating events and volunteers, improving operational procedures, and identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, including grants, trusts, foundations, and corporate partnerships.
Day to day you will manage emails, phone calls and general enquiries. You will need good written and verbal communication skills and be professional and friendly at all times. You must be able to handle confidential information carefully. You will also assist with the finance admin keeping records of income, tracking donations and sending out thank-you messages and be confident to use tools like Microsoft Excel to track expenditure.Use of tools to keep records of donors and gift recipients.You will be required to review and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
You will build and nurture new corporate relationships with companies across the North West to increase the income for the charity and maintain relationships with funders and partners to support long-term financial sustainability for the charity.
You will work closely with trustees, programme teams, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the charity delivers high-quality services to meet its objectives. Working closely with families and social workers you will develop strong relationships to ensure that referrals for gifts continue to grow and awareness of the charity is built in the paediatric oncology hospital wards.
You will manage the charities social media platforms by providing updates and stories about the charity, responding to comments and messages from supporters with the aim to build awareness and grow supporters for the charity. You will use social media as a tool to encourage people to attend events or support the charity through campaigns and fundraising. This will require strong writing and communication skills and empathy and understanding of the charity’s mission. You will work closely with the website team to ensure the website is updated accordingly.
You will be the first point of contact for supporters interested in fundraising. You will be responsible for the development of our fundraising and events portfolio and be involved in all event management and administration.This will include planning events, organising venues, budgets and logistics around the event. Contacting suppliers, sponsors, volunteers and speakers. Promoting the events through email, posters, websites and social media. Ensuring that fundraising targets for each event are met and reviewing event success afterward. Encouraging community involvement in events and managing those volunteers on event days. You will identify opportunities to grow our supporter base through outreach and networking with individuals, community groups and organisations. You will build relationships with event providers and proactively seek new opportunities for events. Through a multimedia approach you will advertise and promote events efficiently and you will recruit participants and celebrate their achievements. After the events you will report on the performance and income targets.
