ABOUT THE ROLE

Team: Delivery/ Infrastructure

As a Graduate Engineer, you will help produce technical work by using your developing skills and knowledge. You will work with periodic supervision, within a personalised graduate programme which will support you as you grow your expertise. This includes structured mentoring on the path to ICE chartership. Your work will contribute to delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions that support the mission of the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team including designers, engineers, technicians and other technical specialists. Together, you will help deliver projects and programmes that support the Trust’s strategic priorities.

The contract terms​

•  Our full time hours are 35 hours per week, but we are committed to flexible working ​and offer a hybrid approach to working. ​Members of our ELT are expected to be in person at one of our offices at least once a week and sometimes more. Due to the nature of our work, regular evening and weekend working is required of ELT members with time off in lieu given.​

• Hybrid working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. This role is linked to our Ewell (Surrey) office with a blend of home working and option to work out of our London office as required.​

What you’ll be doing

• Providing expert advice and guidance to branches and regions on all volunteer management matters.
• Analysing complex or sensitive situations to identify key issues, risks, and appropriate courses of action.
• Developing and delivering initiatives and projects that strengthen and enhance the volunteer experience at Samaritans.
• Drafting clear, well-structured and professional written communications, including reports and formal correspondence.
• Supporting learning, training and resources that build confidence and capability in Volunteer Leaders.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Reprieve in a senior leadership position that brings together legal, compliance, governance, finance and operational oversight.

The Director (Legal and Operations) will play a central role in ensuring Reprieve runs effectively, is well-governed and has strong foundations for impact. Terms

About the Role

The Head of Global Administration leads the ITF’s global administration function, ensuring the effective delivery of administrative, travel, language and governance support services across the organisation.
